This particular recording is slightly lower quality, because I had an issue with rendering

His Strava - “Saturday Morning Run”

My buddy and I drove the pace cars for this. It was a very special moment for us to be involved with something so special.

This guy has more miles on his body than I do on my car.

Instead of passing out at the finish line this man ran around giving high fives with a flag on his back.  He was projected to hit 1:59:50 with 1km left and ended up running 1:59:40.  WHAT A LEGEND.

"No human is limited"- Eluid Kipchoge🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
"The important thing is inspiration, not fame"- Eluid Kipchoge 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
These two lines will stay with me forever ❤❤❤

I was dead after my 4 hour marathon. Eliud ran 1:59.40 and still celebrated afterward. The GOAT of the marathon

Softskills or mindset required for running -
1. Discipline
2. Consistency
3. Believing
4. Not quitting
5. Keep moving forward
6. Making mind more stronger than body

Even though i watched him live, i still find tears running down my cheeks when i watch him crash the 2hour barrier. Truly inspiring. 'No man is limited'as he always say. A story of a legend.

I came to see this after seeing him dominate the Tokyo Olympics. What a amazing guy!

The Tokyo Olympics have just been concluded, despite the delays due to COVID-19. Guess what ? Kipchoge WON the gold medal again 🏅🏅🌟🌟

I still get goosebumps and shed a tear watching him in this video even though I watched it live

He forgot to sweat

For those who donot assimilate the pace ,90% of human population will not be able to run 400m with the pace he ran full marathon

i just love the unity in the running community they all come to support each other

His humbleness and simplicity of life is why everyone loves, respects and gets inspired by him. What a role model!

Why have 22 people disliked this, the man is amazing. Years later I still watch this non stop

The guy keeps running even after the marathon 🤣

I am quite sure I‘d have a good sweat on keeping that pace on a bycicle for 26 miles

Ran 1 mile in 8min and now I'm icing my knees.
