Never heard about them ✅

going from touch to gnarly is an experience

They're global group
The nationalities and primary backgrounds of each member are as follows:Sophia (Sophia Elizabeth Laforteza) - Filipino & American (born/raised in the Philippines)Lara (Lara Rajagopalan) - American (of Indian descent)Daniela (Daniela Avanzini) - American (of Cuban and Venezuelan descent)Yoonchae (Jeong Yoonchae) - South KoreanMegan (Megan Meiyok Skiendiel) - American (of Chinese-Singaporean descent)Manon (Meret Manon Bannerman) - Swiss

Gnarly you don't have to understand it, just enjoy it HAHAHA

this isnt kpop this is a global girl group so there r mem from diff countries and yes btw there r mem from overseas now in kpop also

The girls of KATSEYE are SO TALENTED, imagine, all of their members are in the top 10 of best vocalists on HYPE and 2 of their members are in the top 4 of best dancers on HYPE 🗣️🗣

Among my favourite songs are My Way, Gameboy, Tonight I Might, I'm Pretty, Mean Girls, and Time Lapse. That said, Gameboy, Time lapse and Tonight I Might are my absolute favourites, they just hit differently and always land with real force.

You have A LOTTT TO LEARN HAHA. There was ones upon a time a small almost bankrupt company called “Big Hit” than BTS came along and the company became SOO BIG that they created their own Corporation called Hybe (now one of the greatest in the world) and baught other companies and created global groups and markets around the world. The most popular being in Latin America (with their Latin boy group “Santos Bravos”) and one in the US (with their global girl group “Katseye”)

Pls react to gabriela the dance performance

4:15 yeah so basically katseye has a bit of lore about nowhere land. I’m not versed on it well enough so I’ll just explain it simply. Long story short, in the music videos it is lore accurate that there a dupes of the katseye members impersonating them and getting rid of them one by one, hence why yoonchae, (the one on the tv screen) was posted as missing. Also in the gnarly mv, yoonchae was dumped by Lara’s (doppleganger?) off a balcony that said nowhere land. In the Gabriella mv, Lara chops Dani’s finger off with an axe, further pushing the narrative that she is a doppleganger. Also in touch, it’s rumoured that Sophia was in the vents because she was trying to escape nowhereland. (Not all things might be accurate)

they will always be kpop adjacent and have kpop influence because they are half owned by a kpop company (hybe)

definitely should've watched the choom choreography version of the dance instead, but still banger. I LOVEEEE KATSEYEEEE

YOU CANT GO FROM TOUCH TO GNARLY BABY STEPS PLEASE😂

1:31 it's not kpop

1:35 About that.. Although KATSEYE is underneath a kpop company label (hybe AND Geffen, I dunno if geffen is Korean or not), the group themselves are not kpop!
KATSEYE is a global girl group (ggg) formed by the survival show "Dream Academy" on Netflix. Not every member is Korean or Asian. All six members are their own and unique to their own culture and race, and that's what makes them KATSEYE!!

1:27  They are a global Girl Group

Katseye are officially classified as a global group, however they are managed by Hybe(Korean) x Geffen(American). Kpop is an industry rather than a genre, so due to them having the same intensive training and artist development that Kpop idols do, they naturally have a very close association with Kpop.

Their group was formed from a survival show/singing competition which they competed to be in the group. All 6 of them were picked for their own special ways, the survival show was for all the girls/ladies from around the world making it a global group.
