Prosecutors laid out a chilling timeline in their opening statement against Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, accusing him of meticulously planning the murder of attorney Steven Cozzi following a bitter legal dispute. The state pointed to alleged stalking and surveillance, a wagon, research into the paralytic drug succinylcholine, blood evidence and surveillance footage as they argued Kosowski killed Cozzi inside his law office and disposed of his body in a dumpster.

How sad. Instead of using his great talents to help people, he stalks a poor man just doing his job. We have some truly depraved people in our society, with way too much time on their hands.

The colour of the doctor’s skin literally changed colour as the prosecution lawyer’s superb presentation progressed. The problem with psychopathic narcissists is that they are incapable of understanding that they just may be not as intelligent as the police investigators. No matter what. This guy is sitting there in the courtroom realising that the evidence against him is undeniably, irrefutably, THE TRUTH. Everyone in that courtroom knows that he murdered Steven. But the Doctor, rather than saying “ok, it’s a fair cop, I am guilty”, he will predictably, just as all psychopaths do, defend his case to the bitter end and insist he did not murder Steven.
