Things I Learned After Marrying a South African Man 🇿🇦❤️ | Our Intercultural Marriage

Marrying someone from a different culture has taught me so much about *love, marriage, communication, family, culture, and understanding each other*. As a Congolese woman married to a South African man, I’ve had to adjust, learn new traditions, and sometimes see life from a completely different perspective.

In this video, I’m sharing some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned since marrying a South African man — from cultural differences and family expectations to communication, compromise, and building a life together.

This is my personal experience, and every marriage and family is different. ❤️

If you’re in an intercultural relationship, married to someone from a different background, or simply curious about what it’s really like, I hope you can relate to some of my experiences.

✨ In this video:
• Things marriage taught me
• Cultural differences I had to adjust to
• What I learned about South African culture
• Lessons about communication and compromise
• Family and marriage expectations
• The realities of an intercultural marriage
• What I wish I knew before getting married
