Today I attempt to speedrun the Resident Evil 4 Remake in order to get a Professional S+ rank. However... I am not very good at it

I am now finally free from the Resident Evil Playthrough trenches and can play Resident Evil 9 though so that's nice :)

You can't keep running from halo 2 forever snam...

The jackal snipers will ALWAYS find you...

Your ability to not let setbacks frustrate you is awe-inspiring, Snam. I once lost against a boss three times and then googled "how to perform a witch's curse" so I could direct it at the game's developers.

Zero looking at this run like "Where only knife, 1 life, berserker randomizer? Pathetic"

2:48 chickens don’t need to have sex to lay eggs bro lmao

32:20 Don't forget the bang part of the Flashbang. Like it's literally 95% of their effectiveness. Even if you aren't visually affected by a flashbang, the ringing in your ears and the disorientation from possibly even burst eardrums is, to put it nicely, a nightmare. Now imagine that's your main sense, and it might actually be worse than if he HAD eyes

Someone’s going to have a hell of a time doing Resident evil: Requiem’s Speed Demon with no herbs under 4 hours on Insanity. You got this!

6:20 Seven attempts... Seven attempts is all Snam could spare to play with the villagers...

The bear trap running gag is fucking peak comedy thank you snam 😂😂

No save quitting is CRAZY, I got S+ when the game first came out but doing it like this is insane

As someone with approximately 1000 hours in this game, I can confidently GUESS that Ashley is getting caught up by the two enemies by the cart right before the bridge. She cant weave between them like Leon, so she gets stopped and is considered too far for when you continue on past to the footbridge

and for his next trick, snam's gonna beat re9 in 0.324452 hours with negative 4 saves

Resident Evil 5 has an achievement where you parry a crossbow bolt with your knife.

Snam decided to one-up that by parrying a lit stick of dynamite with his knife.

What luck to refresh and to find this gem right away and not a week late like i normally do.

I physically felt a few hairs turn grey when you mentioned you haven't touched RE4 in two years. It does not feel like its been out nearly that long

Where did everyone go?.....

...Bingo?

I now call all my bread related food a snamwhich. Hubby disapproves as burgers are sacred and hotdogs dont count

The no NG+ is technically an asterisk, because using costumes and the two bonus weapons (Chicago and Handcannon) don't actually void it. So for any future achievement hunters that want an easier time, I would highly suggest learning the Handcannon/Chicago infinite weapon routing!

One challenge I would love to see Snam take on is xcom enemy within - impossible ironman run. Brutally difficult and a potential comedy goldmine of things going wrong, especially if playing blind. A tactical strategy game would be a nice change of pace aswell.
