I like to think nick likes making these vids more than the high retention clickbait focused videos on his main channel, since this channel is basically old nick

chicken burger recipe (make this top comment so nick sees) grab a chicken breast, dip it in beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs, pan fry them with a bit of oil until they are golden brown (2 mins on each side) and then put it in the oven for 8-10 mins (if the chicken is pink in the middle, keep cooking), meanwhile, cut the onions into U shapes and caramelise by melting butter, putting your onions in, stirring occasionally and adding a pinch of sugar, also chop apples into thin wedge shaped slices, when the chicken is done, get a bun, toast it a bit (optional) add in your chicken, caramelised onions and apples, put the bun on the top and enjoy your simple, tasty homemade chicken burger that is healthier that what you would get from a restaurant or fast food place, this was typed by hand and is a recipe that I remember, you can also add sauce and some potato wedges (seasoned with salt and pepper) to finish your meal (:

Hi Nick.  Firstly, a huge thank you for inspiring my 9 year old to eagerly learn to cook and experiment with food.  He is most definitely more adventurous with food since discovering you and a huge number 1 fan!  He regularly  watches a YouTube video or two daily!!  He has a special request…when visiting family in Madrid we trekked all over the city so he could sample the limited edition Rosquiburger Simpsons meal from KFC. Only to be told that they were unavailable at each branch.  He was most disappointed and he wondered if you are able to recreate something similar on a YouTube video please?
My Mum (his Nanny), whom I believe should have a Michelin star or two herself, offered to invite you to our family home in Madrid to create something similar but, alas, we no longer have a kitchen given it was burned during the recent Madrid forest fires!  Anyway thanks again and keep inspiring!  P.s my son says the gnocchi turned out really well from your book Knife Drop.

Has anyone else noticed that Nick’s videos on this channel have been getting shorter and shorter recently? Like last weeks video was only 4 minutes… It could be that he’s going through something and I don’t wanna judge him for taking time for himself :)

If you pit your potatoes in the freezer over night. Then defrost it. Squeeze all the water out of it. Peel the skin off and split it open. Season the outside and bake it at 350˚f for 20 minutes. It turns into a texture i’ve never tasted before in a potatoe
