At twenty-seven he was America's biggest youth idol. Then Christopher Jones vanished for forty-four years at the peak of everything. How did he end up tied to the worst night in the history of the house on Cielo Drive? Why were his own colleagues secretly dosing him on set? Why did a director coldly erase his voice from the finished picture? And why did three women keep the ugly truth about the beatings to themselves?

This is the documented account of a man who walked away from fame — and the reason Hollywood chose to forget him entirely.
