I don't have extra lids due to necessary consolidating when I could no longer afford to rent my 900 sq ft apartment and had to buy what I could afford which is much smaller. I'm 75 with no family and live alone. However, I'm well blessed by our loving Heavenly Father and am always interested in tips like you've shown here. You've given a lot of info I can use. I've been slowing down of late and recipes like yours have become a valuable resource for me.  Thanks and keep up the good work.

That is a magic muffin pan, lady! Absolutely beautiful food!!

You sound independent, God  bless you! I am my own patient and caretaker, it's really hard. I pass out before 8:30 some nights I love your muffin tips, cooking for one...  ty fs and God.bless you

You are my new most favorite person!!  Thank you for this.  You are a delight!

The corn dogs lit me up. No deep frying makes these easy. Been craving this. Thank you, thank you!😊

Wow! Thanks Nancy, a very nifty idea (portion control deluxe).

Oh my goodness!!  Wish I had known these when I was raising three sons!!  Single mother working full time years ago!  Just had my 82nd birthday and can't eat these things anymore!!  Yummmooo!

I do meatloaf, pumpkin, and eggs/bacon in my muffin pan. I also make veggie versions. Easy and quick. Thanks for giving me a few more ideas, especially freezing in the muffin pan.

Love this idea! Now it's time to chuck that plastic.

I hope you are eating lots of veggies as well ❤

Thank you so much for all these recipe ideas because I have been having a hard time cooking for one person and its so much better then all those microwave dinners. God bless you ❤️ 🙏

Those nests can be filled with ANYTHING. I LOVE THESE! DANG!  A stuffing cups a box is too much for one. This is perfect!
Gonna try the impossible  pumpkin pie cooked in a muffin tin it will be edible, may not come out properly? We're trying anyway!

Worked one summer in Lincoln, NE and Runza became my favorite.  I am now 4 hours drive to a Runza Hut in Omaha, NE and always eat an original.  I have made them many times from scratch, as making bread dough is no work with a bread machine (and cheaper than using the rolls).  Plan to make those potato puffs, using fresh cooked russet potatoes.

what great ideas. Love them all. Will have to watch this a fw times and make notes though. Wish there was a place where they could be printed. Thanks Nancy.

Okay, I think I'll make those potato puffs to take to Thanksgiving dinner.

My mama made sloppy joes with the cheeseburger recipe. 😋

Mine are all latched tops & bottoms, I sorted them not too long ago!
Homeless has deli meat i buy once ir twice month,  ech meat comes in a sturdy but disposable/reusable container with snap tight lid. Perfect fir a one serving left over. I save those if sauce stains them i use it for the same thing again! But do throw them out as I replenish with the perfect amount of deli meat in each.
