So in this video, I’m going to rate every part of our self-built VW Crafter camper van out of 10. I built this van from the ground up for my family of four, and we’ve just returned from a six-week Arctic adventure where we tested it in temperatures as low as -15°C. From layout and insulation to heating, electrics, storage, and all the clever little features—we're putting it all to the test.
