Second episode. Probably one of the most impactful days I've ever experienced in an operating room.

We went in with Dr. Diego González Rivas and a team of four other surgeons to operate on a patient who had come from Peru with an extremely complex tumor.

For hours we experienced tension, critical decisions, and one of those moments where you truly understand what it means to fight for a life.

Beyond the surgery, this episode speaks of fear, hope, pressure, and humanity within an operating room where every detail counts.

Thanks to Dr. Diego González Rivas, the entire medical team at Vithas Hospital in Aravaca, and especially to the patient and her family for allowing me to document something so intimate and incredible.
