Those were the days...two men on commentary, no VAR, 'Man of the match'

On form Crouch was some player ... People judged him visually and assumed he would be awkward and average ... but the guy had skills.
Rafa's constant rotation meant he never managed to become consistent ... but I liked him a lot.

Good to see Kuyt and Zenden

I was at this match, my one n only visit to anfield due to finances n family commitments n the big fella pulled off the perfect hattrick

3:41 fantastic cross from Aurelio

00:45 Gave me chills hearing Rob Hawthorne talking about moving away from Anfield, considering we all know what happened with that and almost happened to our great club because of those 2 idiot owners...
Crouchy smashed it in this game but Masch was a beast in midfield,  love seeing Dagger scvore and miss the passion of Andy Gray describing goals.

When Aurelio is on his days, he reminds you that he is a Brazilian. He was brilliant coming from Valencia, had some good games but also some rough patches adapting to EPL. Crouch made his passing seems they are meant for each other just like Alisson and Salah.

Love the mentality rafa had left he brings us to the next level

The reds ❤🎉

🦒 Crouch!!!

Super! Na tyto staré klasiky se dívám před zápasy LFC. Zvlášť při současné krizi v Premier league to povzbudí. Jinak by člověk byl v depresi. LFC forever. YNWA!

As others have said, ‘Crouchy’ may have looked gangly and unorthodox but he had great control, strong with both feet and his aerial ability was obviously unsurpassed. I really rated Rafa as our manager, but he did make some puzzling selection choices at times.

What about Reina though? Such a great buy by Rafa. Without question, the best keeper in the prem at this time ( yes, better than Cech).

Arbeloa first Premier league game--did I hear that right ?

Just how close did the Reds come to building a new stadium and being crippled by massive debt by those incompetent owners?

I forgot Baptista played for Arsenal

We smashed 12 Goals past Liverpool prior to this game that season. including 9 at Anfield... we were bored of playing them.

Fabregas should have been sent off for that tackle. Awful.

Liverpool knocked out Eindhoven but Arsenal not....

Is it just me or are the camera angles shit?
