I can still hear Zack Brown saying "is this the World Champion hotline?"

Regardless of Lando's or Oscar's skill and being a matter of worthy or unworthy, McLaren handled it awful last year. It muddled the whole thing.

bro recommended on front page, came out 58 seconds ago, congrats

Every champ says that winning a championship gives you extra 10-15%, so after winning his last year, I‘m not surprised at slightest that he’s unlocked another level of confidence and driving.

It wasn't particularly landos fault, it was mclarens fault of how they treated the drivers with stupid rules, big mistakes and basically everything you don't expect from a championship winning team. The whole mess between racing fairly and micro managing every single gearshift made the whole situation a lot worse

I think it is also just because it looked like Oscar fumbled it instead of Norris winning it.

The editing is so clean dude

I believe he will be regarded more and more as a worthy champion as time passes, because this year you can really see just how good he is.

It’s extremely strange to think that a champion doesn’t need the fastest car and strong team support. Every champion has had either the fastest car or one of the fastest cars on the grid, along with strong team support. The talent of Kimi Antonelli or Max simply isn’t enough to win in a Cadillac.

I hate when people boo. Just don’t clap.

People seem to forget how amazing he was driving before mclaren built a really good car and put him on the spot. He's by far one of the biggest talent on the grid but cowards will hate on his mental weaknesses like these drivers arent supposed to be humans.

When he got that fastest lap at Austria in 2020 I knew he was gonna be really good. I think everyone likes to compare champions and great drivers , but the truth is that they all develop in different ways at different paces. I think some people will always find something to be negative about 🤷

Every single driver who has won a world championship was because they synced with a fast car.

Let be honest here.
I used to hate on Rosberg, when I was younger and immature.

But now I get him, the way I get Lando. They have achieved what was their life long dream. Its a accomplishment very few of us get to achive. I was them, I wouldnt give a cent about the opinion of the public as well.

Oscar also has a really good PR team. Think about how the media would be like if Lando performs like Oscar this year.

Lando helped build the car, while Oscar came in at the right time.
Last year Maclaren gave the worst pitstops to Lando and we called them out and Zack started an investigation and things started changing.
This year Maclaren already made it impossible with multiple car failures.
F1 and media never treated him as a true champ although he has out driven every team mate even without true support from within his own team.

this is how f1 champions are tho, we got the wrong idea of only dominant generational talents winning championships because of Max, Lewis and Seb for the past what 15 or so years (shout out true goat Nico Rosberg tho)

11:50 - When u realize the villian u thought was gone in the story's back.

Lando has been phenomenal both last year and this year. Only those who haven't been in the sport long would call him an unworthy champion. Showing your emotions, not changing your personality, not being aggressive, and still win?? thats commendable
