Fun fact: Godzilla Earth was such a threat to humanity that he made humanity flee the planet

So, Shin Godzilla's whole gimmick is evolving to his situation. He comes onto land, so he evolves to be bipedal and upright, with his gills closing. He needs to cool down, so he evolves a solid epidermis and develops a way to cool his internals after expending energy. He gets attacked by missiles that hurt him, so he evolves a defense mechanism in the form of his atomic breath and lasers. He's fighting an army, so his 5th form is the beginnings of him evolving into an army. The creator went on to say that he would just keep evolving; he'd grow wings, be capable of extraterrestrial flight, and eventually would evolve so much that the entire universe would be contained within Godzilla.

shin was transitioning into fifth form when they froze him, he never fully changed into it

In a year, bro is gonna react to all of them again and we're getting a third first reaction since he probably forgot all of them at that point.

The guy who made this absolutely did not need to add that ending scene, but my god. Seeing every single one of Godzilla enemies throughout the years show up and then all the Godzillas at once doing a breath to the sky is the coolest fucking fan godzilla animation EVER. What a love letter to the greatest ip of all time

Don: "dang bro. Beam is cold"
Godzillas atomic breath that can get much hotter than the sun: "am i a joke to you"

The idea of Godzilla’s son is that he adopted him because they’re the same species

How the concept of Godzilla's son works:
The original Godzilla that appeared in 1954 believed that he was the last of his kind after his home was destroyed by atomic testing. After his death, a second Godzilla awakens, and also sees itself as the last one. They then encounter a leftover egg, and take in the young one as their own, doing everything they can to keep this other member of the species safe

I love how the video gives the proper reverence to Godzilla Junior. Zilla may have been a sad excuse for a Godzilla, but his kid was a certified kaiju ass-kicker.

hairline reveal when?

Snow Godzilla is a guest appearance from a kids anime movie Shinkalion. Guest appearance yet still menacing as heck.

9:36 That "Godzilla" is the american version that was eventually renamed to just Zilla because of how different it was to the actual Godzilla.

3:48 Minilla is adopted

"18:44 - 19:03"

The reasoning is that it appears to be his 5th form, because when they manage to give Shin Godzilla a Liquid that freezes his whole body in a cement-like way, basically destroying him. That's when he was molting into his 5th form; that's why only his tail was the only thing left showing what his 5th form could've looked like, potentially.

And for the Little people/creatures coming out of his tail, when His body was molting into his 5th form, it involved him getting a type of Xenomorph-like creatures to protect him, potentially until he'd fully evolved into what could have been the 6th/Final form. Think of it like this, He's the Ultimate life form, where he's constantly evolving and adapting against any and all phenomena. Like Mahoraga, but constantly in pain because his body can't handle that speed of adaptation/evolution.

4:36 Best and weirdest scene in the Whole Japanese Godzilla Franchise!

if you watch the older godzilla movies, watch godzilla 1954, godzilla vs king kong, and if you want to go more new, the heisei era is cold.

Shin godzilla will always be my favorite no matter what. The fact he is technically not being a menace just because, but because he is in so much pain in the first couple of forms. over time continuing to evolve in order to contain the radiating heat inside him and because of the constant threats. I almost wish a little bit it would have had more to do with his origin but the whole point of the movie was Shin Godzilla was representing a natural disaster that happened within japan. During that natural disaster the Japanese government did exact what you saw in the movie, nothing. and basically tons of people died. The godzilla in that movie basically was showing how to survive even when all the odds were against him in a situation that was not his fault. Will forever say that Shin Godzilla is my Godzilla <3 (Honestly though, the fact his blood was leaking out of his gills in the second form because it was dispelling due to the heat of its inner body was insane, apparently there was a scene cut out where it vomits blood and it melts everything around it cause it wasnt evolved enough to use its atomic breath, basically damaging itself before coming back and succeeding.

Idk why this video is so satisfying but i grew up on the godzilla movies so to see someone go thru the time and effort to animate something like this for youtube is so dope. And yes Godzillas breath in 1954 was basically a smoke mist but imagine it is just radiation and it becomes way scarier than just a hot breath lol, dude is a walking nuke always has been

3:37 he just found an egg and then Minilla hatched from the egg, by the way, Minilla is the name of that baby

the Shinkalion series is weird: it's a kids mecha show, but all the mechs are trains, and also has crossovers with Godzilla, Evangelion, and Hatsume Miku
