Paradox Castform? You mean... Pastform ?

I assume that, as Groudon walks out into the sea, the ground simply rises up to meet it

11:42 I want to clarify his. This fanart depicts pokemon as monster hunter monsters. In Monster Hunter, "Wyvern" is a much broader term, more or less boiling down to "Large, Reptillian Monsters", not limited to bipedal dragons with two legs and two wings. Though, there are monsters like that, such as Rathalos, which is in the "Flying Wyvern" classification.

Mikey: Go Team Sky!
Mikey in june: Go Team Bi!
Mikey on black friday: Go Team, buy!

7:15 So apparently, after catching the Gengar, the jerk started to have bad luck with Pokémon battles and catching, so he blamed it on the Gengar. We never get the confirmation on whether this was true or not, meaning he literally abandoned it based off an assumption. Jerk.

"You and your opulent dress must fall" is still the most iconic improv though.

Honestly, that sponsor segment being a "Mikey reacts" instead of just a script read kinda made it better.

11:40 - I know Monster Hunter terminology when I see it!  Here's a quick primer:
- Flying Wyvern: standard bat-like build
- Brute Wyvern: Bipedal raptor-like build
- Bird Wyvern: Smaller version of the above which may also possess birdlike features (beak or feathers)
- Fanged Wyvern: Quadrupedal build without wings
- Piscine Wyvern: Fish-like (but bipedal) wyvern specialized for swimming
- Leviathan (Sea Wyvern): Gator-like, long and sinuous with short legs, usually specialized for swimming
- Snake Wyvern: Long and serpentine but generally for land, also has venomous fangs

And a few more:
- Fanged Beast: Mammal-based (often bear- or ape- like), equal in size to wyverns
- Amphibian: Frog-based, equal in size to wyverns
- Neopteron: Insect-based, sometimes equal in size to wyverns
- Temnoceran: Spider-based, sometimes equal in size to wyverns
- Elder Dragon: Often legendary, unclassifiable as any of the above but is often a winged quadruped (e.g. classical Western dragon)
- "???": Also unclassifiable as any of the above, may or may not be legendary and/or actually related to an Elder Dragon proper

0:45 i will never forget "i am not gay but my girlfriend is" AND NEITHER SHALL YOU!

Throwback to last pride month episode when Mikey said “happy pride month, I myself am not gay, but my girlfriend is”

At 11:40 , I believe the reason they are called wyverns is that the drawings are Pokémon redesigned as Monster Hunter monsters, and wyvern is how some of the monsters are classified in the games.

16:06 Ah, female only because it's the *mother*ship. That's genius.

3:03 SO THAT'S WHERE MAXIE GOT THE GLASSES—

6:27

Reminder that Lucario is 3'11" so the only person who has to worry about getting stabbed in the chest when hugging one is Mikey

9:18 no, yea, Bede just straight up disappears for a good while in the story after Opal goes, "You're my honorary grandson now, and you're to inherit the fairy type gym! Come now, Bede, let us go kick some dragon ASS—" 😂 it's not that we hate him, it's that we literally don't know him all that well— he's just vaguely rude and often distant—

Also, Silver is the son of Giovanni, the most iconic villain in the Pokémon franchise. With that kind of connection, along with his character growth, it's no wonder why people like him.

My heart dropped when he didnt upload meme review for almost 2 weeks
