While I get the importance of levity when it comes to your demanding roles as public school educators, this existing publicly on the internet where struggling parents may come across it while prepping for their own child's IEP meeting isn't great. it paints you guys in a bad light and likely lands heavy for them. I'd keep this internal or give the child a neutral name.
