его происхождение из советско-еврейской интеллигенции, опыт и образование не позволяет предположить, что он недопонимает опасности происходящего и всей ответственности за попытки оправдать такой политический союз.

Значит, политическая целесообразность для Лагодинского оказалась важнее моральной и исторической ответственности.
