This is my first time seeing how much work goes into opening a kitchen! Yall are awesome!!!

I love the opening videos the most.  Seeing how restaurants prepare for service is so interesting.  As a customer we don't know how much work goes into it.  But we do now because of these videos!

I like the fact that he's trying to open up and get everything done. If a customer comes in he stops and cooks thier  breakfast.
Most  restaurants don't do that.
I seen one of his open videos where that happened
Just because they open at a certain time Ricky will stop and cook their  breakfast for them.
