It was supposed to be an ordinary day in Ana Paula Moreno's life. As usual, the 23-year-old left home for work. However, she never arrived at work nor returned home. Thus began the greatest suffering in the life of Sandra Moreno, Ana Paula's mother, who disappeared on October 3, 2009, in Carapicuíba, São Paulo.

Sandra recalls moments from Ana Paula's life, events that preceded her disappearance, and the investigation process she began on her own to find more information about her daughter's whereabouts.

This interview is part of the first season of "Desaparecidos" (Missing Persons), a series produced by Iracema Rosa Filmes and broadcast in 2015 on the A&E channel.
