최근에는 정말 영상에서 나온 말씀대로 그거에 둔감해지는거 같아요, 예전에야 물빈, 망빈, 불빈 등등 여러가지 사례로 빈티지를 적대시 했는데
최근들어서는 재배기술도 발달했을뿐더러 양조기술도 좋아지고 그 와중에 드는 생각 또한 척박한 환경에서 살아남은 포도는 진짜 망빈이나 물빈이라고 보긴 어렵지 않나..
생산량에 있어서 영향은 있을지언정 그 퀄리티는 정말 어쩔 수 없는 사례 빼고는 괜찮지 않나 싶어요.
국내 양조사들이 앞으로 갈길이 멀지만 둥기둥가 해줄 이유는 없습니다.
품질이 올라간다면 자연스레 그에 대한 존중과 찾는 마음이 생길겁니다.
같이 발벗고 나서서 손가락질하고 욕하라는 뜻이 아닙니다.
중립포지션을 가지셔야되는 위치의 사람과 기관들이 이해관계 때문에 자리를 지키지 않는다면 신뢰는 깨질겁니다.
