Love this channel, especially the long, in depth videos.

This is the most underrated history channel on YouTube

This is the information that I was looking for.
I'm incredibly interested in world history mostly religious beliefs.
Wonderful information. Thank you

This is pretty thorough.I'll have to watch a few times to get it.

I am also astounded by the extraordinary thoroughness of your work.
But I am truly in awe at the level of your steadfast desire for truth.
Very very impressive and gives me a bright spot of, well lol, hope?
Any way, what a gift this work is, great job 👏

Objective--- your humility is refreshing... it's ok to say I dont know. Bravo!

You did an amazing job on this man, went a little fast for me sometimes and at points it was hard to keep up but that was a me problem lol, thank you for all this knowledge it's really helping me understand some things going on now

This is so good. I'm just starting this video and really love it! Well done Shalom Shalom

I feel like one of the reasons the procedure got copying a Torah is so focused on preventing accidental changes, might be because the authors looked back at all the batshit crazy stuff that got added into the oral tradition over the years. It was probably one father saying "he was really, really old" then exaggerating when his kids asked how old. All of a sudden, that gets passed down as Abraham being 99 when he has his first kid. They probably realized that the factual stuff they were writing down would look like genesis in a few hundred years and did everything they could to prevent that from happening.

Thank you so much. You became one of my favourite channels.

My Dad studied this chapter of Jewish history, and I remember him talking about it as early as the 1970s, long before it was subverted with any anti-Semitic undertones.
You research is amazing and detailed. you go into details that only a true scholar would know.
This is really an amazing channel.

This was a really good attempt to make sense of the Biblical narrative. I did notice you kept saying “Samuel” when it seemed you meant to be referring to “Eli” who was a priest.

Good shit. Still watching rn, but great so far.

The more I study about the subject, the less I know.
Thank you for the video. 🙏

Maybe the best video on this subject ever. I have previously seen many videos in trying to better understand the history of the Jewish people.  None are concise as this one. Great job 👏

I find your videos to be quite informative. This one I have particularly enjoyed.

This is part 1-8? Maybe should add to title.
Also o don't know how such a good historian  has so little subscribers? I've been recommending this channel all week to all my friends (as I've just found it and it's just so good...)

It’s 6 months since YouTube allowed me to post. I will keep posting. Please read what happened  1914 And 1918 . Between the British, French, and the Ottoman fall.

My parents are from Syria. Dad is from Qamishli, mum is from Aleppo. We were classed as musta'arabin Jews to differentiate between Sfardi exiles from Portugal and Spain. Our family history is that we lived in Syria since it was part of Solomon's empire, but my 23andme results had some unexpected results. 8% Ghana and 10% Armenian. The bulk, 82% is what I expected, but 1/5 of me is a mystery lol

I can't believe this doesn't have more views. Ima have to watch it again just to absorb it properly!! Thank you so much! Wonderful! Shalom!
