The 48 laws of power isn't about how to manipulate people... it's telling the people who get manipulated how the people in power are doing it.

I stopped this video at 45 seconds. I had to make sure France was real.

People who think the knowledge in this book is evil or morally wrong simply do not understand power. Power is not evil it is what it is. You can use knife to protect yourself to make food or even save lives, or you can use it to threaten, to steal or even kill. Is it knifes fault if it is used to kill? Even if you are a good person and you think this information is beneath you i advice you to reconsider. No matter where you go in life may it be work or relationships, these games are always being played. You cant escape the powerplay so at least learn the rules so you can use them as a shield and not a sword.

It’s not about using what’s learned, it’s about knowing who is using it against you, so you can protect yourself.

Personally I think It can be used to identify people who uses these laws and to defend ourselves. And also can be used for good intentions

Using Gen Z lingo to explain the book's chapters adds ridiculous charm to your video, it's both infuriating and entertaining at the same time.

the storytelling is so good, it felt like a 10min video but its 30mins wow

This book is just a collection of lessons over a period of history. It’s up to the reader how they use the laws. None of its a lie, mostly observations

The contrast between 1 and 7 is very... interesting. You want Mr. Boss Man to not get insecure or threatened by you, yet you need to be aware they may be trying to steal your work (and exploitation is a borderline expectation). No heccin wonder everyone wants to "work for themself" these days.

We absolutely need a part 2

Anyone that thinks the book is about manipulation just didn't understand the book

This book is not just how to manipulate people it depends on the person who is reading it. You can use it to prevent being manipulated or used

4:15 We also have such a concept in India It’s called “nazar” it means sight in Hindi but it means a bad sight cast upon by onlookers when they see you’re prosperity

Fun fact: The anecdote at around 16:00 where the guy Zhuge Liang/Zoo Lang opens his empty city as a trap for the enemy to suspect a trap is actually fictional.

Sitting at the city gates with your enemy near them is basically begging to be shot by an archer. Also this is one of those brainfart moments where the historians note down rumours spread by someone who wasn't even in the same era as Zoo Lang to be an actual historical event.

Ironically proving the law more correct. People believed Zoo Lang had the intelligence for this plan based on his reputation, and hence believed the story. Zoo Lang's reputation allowed for more people to trust in his leadership, as well as more achievements to be credited to him

The book is cool. It tells you the stories of real people and their habits or tactics they used in their own life to influence others and everything is just to explain the concept in better. In my boredom during my 1 hr of travel in train I was reading Virgin Marry how she dangled the whole empires just to win other kings. 😂 😂 How to keep people in false  hope of targeting their desires or mission.

PARTT 222222 NEEDED SO BAD, THIS CHANNEL SO UNDERRATED FR😭

You have found a good balance in your editing with it not being fast but still engaging great work in the editing.

Bro this is the best summary of the book ever, if I was a teacher I would make my students watch this video.

It's not about power, it's about history. That's the best part of the book
