Yeah, cos 'Dozer tracks just wear out overnight don't they?........ Any decent plant manager would have spares on hand once they knew they needed some, even if it was just spare grouser plates, even though that's probably a bigger job than just changing the tracks.

If you gave them good maintenance during the winter period when the machines don't have to work, you wouldn't have this problem all season long. But you prefer to go on vacation. :body-blue-raised-arms:

I love discovery channel so much informative videos 😍

Uhhh those tracks be loose asf

I like seeing them really old timers still at it.  The die with your boots on types.

I wonder why they do not invest into a lathe or even a small CNC.
They may make  a Fortune as add on Business and Limit their maintenance costs immensely.

those grousers arnt that bad lol

Can't help think that they need to plan ahead a bit better this should of been dealt with in management

I would love to go work

What season is this from?

I honestly think that these mines after they tear out a section and strip all the gold that they should go back over the landfill and plant trees

Lack of maintenance. They seem to run their equipment into the ground without PMCS.

why do they not reduce the depth on the ripper?

Go old school weld them up

Take care of your tools, and they'll take care of you.

Tony's lack of maintenance and management is the cause of the failures!

They got the D11 just a year ago completely new.. how the hell is it possible to wear out the tracks this much in just one and a half seasons??

Dude has a graveyard of all kinds of equipment. Why spend money on parts when you can salvage equipment parts then buy the parts not inventoried

Gotta spend money to make money, and Tony has millions, so he'll be just fine.

At one scene the D11 has completely worn out tracks, than they show it later with better looking track's pretending it's going to maintenance.
They show this other guy like he was running the D11, but in fact he is running some old ass dozer. Mike also isn't in the D11, rather the D10.. so who the hell is running the D11?? I'm starting to hate the editing from Discovery Channel.. mixing things up.. showing scenes from different parts of the year, pretending it is on the same day.. it's just annoying when things don't add up.. they are loosing credibility more and more..
