It’s great to see old equipment that’s been updated to do modern work without all of the stuff that makes new equipment a detriment to own. The engine and transmission have parts redly available, the electronics you do use are able to be replaced easily without taking the whole tractor out of commission, and finding some manufacturers that can build hard parts for you like the chain and gear set is amazing. I know everything costs money, but putting it into an iconic piece of machinery to save it from the scrap pile is a job well done. With the videos you guys post you’re showing that stuff can keep going but there will be obstacles that pop up that may take some outside of the box thinking to come up with the solution. Sometimes it’s trial and error but if you don’t try then you failed.

That you have the equivalent of a modern tractor that you'll never be locked out of.

Yes it was worth every minute. You brought it back to life and offered it to us to enjoy

I'm now 67 and one of my favorite memories is listening to the stories my grandfather shared with me of how things were done when he was young. Bob's grandchildren will probably be just as lucky as I was to experience his knowledge of the multiple changes in feeding the world. Thank you again for bringing us along. And God Bless.

I think I would change the oil on that drive chain compartment after 50 hours. That’s a lot new parts in there

The drone operator takes some amazing shots.

Nice job guys. I can't imagine how proud Bob must be to see his boys working together collectively.

The youtube videos of the build generated a mountain of cash, loyal viewers, and sponsorship value for this channel. Definitely worth it.

The Monster Bud 700 was most definitely worth all the headaches and setbacks - because YOU built it yourself. Not many people can say that. ✌
Not to mention how much awesome help you had from several companies because they saw the vision. 😎

Nice to see the grain heads above the ground not scraping up rocks! Not only did the drought cost you yield, it beat the hell out of the combines!! The 700 and his Lil' Buddy look great!!

I have built cars from the ground up. I stopped turning wrenches when the cars had more computers than I had in my head. A stuck silanoid, just give it a smack with a hammer. An oil change? There is a mostly empty 55 gallon drum out back for the waste oil. A blown head gasket? Well, that will cost a day, but just fix it in-frame and we’ll be back at it tomorrow. A cracked header? Push that one off until later.
