I'm Federico Longo, an Agronomist and a graduate in Livestock Business Administration from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in Uruguay. As a businessman in the commercial sector, I've always sought best practices to improve our economic indicators, among others.
When I fulfilled my dream of owning my own farm, I understood that the way we had been working was no longer suited to today's reality. Production costs, labor, constant dependence on inputs, demands, and needs were making our lives more difficult and ultimately forcing us out of the system.
This channel aims to promote the efficient management of our livestock businesses and to share both our mistakes and our successes.
