After nearly a year of testing a human's limits in Breath of the Wild, I wanted to see if it would be possible for an average human to defeat Calamity Ganon! By determining whether or not an average person could pull the Master Sword, purchasing better armor, and exploring some shrines, we got ourselves as ready as possible for this fight!

Can I infiltrate Hyrule Castle? Will Calamity Ganon or Dark Beast Ganon prove to be too powerful? Let's find out!

Time Stamps:
0:00 Intro
1:12 Travel to Korok Forest
3:57 The Master Sword
5:22 Shrine Time
19:11 Gearing Up
21:01 Hyrule Castle
23:45 Calamity Ganon
26:42 Dark Beast Ganon
29:34 The Finale

a little note I wanted to make. You technically don’t need the fairy for dark beast ganon, as even if you die, as long as the arrow hits youve still beaten the game, just sacrificing yourself in the process, which is something a regular guy could do

If you carry a torch through the woods, the breeze will blow the flames in the direction you're supposed to go. They provide you with a torch in the forest too.

20:25 "I could hypothetically upgrade this armor, but I feel like that would start bordering on inhuman levels of defense... Anyway, next I got four fairies to give me four revives if I die"

The stealth armor makes you quiet, which doesn't work against guardians because they do not have ears and instead find you solely with their eye.

The stealth armor just makes you harder to hear, monsters can still see you perfectly with it on

And now for the follow up: can you beat tears of the kingdom as a regular human?

“So, I started by venturing into the cave with Zelda, got hit with some nasty stuff but magical healing saved me, so I’m all good. I then got the master sword, made my way through the cave, and dived 2500 meters, landing in the water and breaking every bone in my body. The end.”

I think the reason Ganon's eye doesn't close when you shoot in midair is because you are in bullet time, so you are shooting too fast for it to close.

My guess is the master sword also checks if there is enough Honda Civic content on your YT channel and it demands to see more

It truly is incredible that you don't need to be the Goddess's chosen hero in order to beat Ganon, you just need to have a practical mindset, a ton of foresight, and a whole lot of determination. Oh, and knowledge of every single event that will happen, but, you know.

Its so painful watching so many people not realise you can use a torch in the forest.

(I also didnt know the first time)

So, about the guardians, if you hit them in the eye with an arrow you can crit them and stun them momentarily, which is something a human can 100% do if they're a good shot.

That thumbnail goes so crazy, and the sequence of you pulling the master sword out was super funny

@swourple 5 days ago

campfire warms the pedestal to the point of malleability, allowing the sword to be pulled out

3:35 you follow the wind. If you grab the torch at the entrance and light it you can stand still and watch the sparks fly in the direction you need to go

I do think that, during the calamity ganon fight, the usage of Urbosa’s Fury would have made it a lot easier by justification of “I will it into existence” considering that 1, it is magical in nature, and 2, Urbosa is shown to be able to do so in cutscenes and that you have been granted the power to do so

Just mentioning this because you’ve allowed revival and shielding but just have not mentioned ‘very very powerful lightning attack’ which I’m gonna assume is because it would invalidate the actual combat part of the game

But overall, this series has been really good and I patiently wait for attempting to jump off the Great Sky Island without dying
