Spending over a million dollars for a concrete studio house in the middle of fucking nowhere and still having to pay an HOA fee is peak California.

@ZoeSleepBubble 8 months ago

dude your voice is so monotone that the hoa fee grunt made me piss myself laughing lmao

@tranceduo 8 months ago

There’s no way that I would buy that concrete house without exiting the HOA. Imagine paying over $1million to be at the mercy of someone’s arbitrary rules when they don’t even own your property.

First house lowkey looks like a pile of giant onions.

The HOA fee might not be a deterrent.
The HOA however...

Peak, I love being shown weird shit with a solid voice-over featuring dry humour

The maximalist house would put me in a mental hospital!

I look at these homes and think of what a hassle it would be to clean and maintain... but I suppose if I had the money to burn on them, I'd have money to hire professionals to clean/maintain.

Had me sold at the go-kart house.

2:34 😂😂 I just will never be able to understand how anybody can be so into one thing that they deck their entire house out in it or make their entire life and personality about it 😂😂😂😂

@the_anomy 8 months ago

I can't believe they made 10 more homes

@erikseanwolff5341 8 months ago

You 100% ended me when you made the special noises in reference to smells that would escape the concrete home with the barn door for the bathroom😂😂😂😂

110 acres? damn the castle comes with a whole fief.

@tcn-trl 8 months ago

The commentary is hilarious! 9:22 "just a stone's through away from civilization and SAFETY" 😂😂😂

Your subtle humor bordering sarcasm gives this video a thumbs up. The pause before “ballroom” is 💯

The brutalist bachelor pad is the final boss of the Balkans architecture. Honestly, I'm in love

@Pipiundkakiinpipikakaland42 8 months ago

duuude imagine throwing a party in the castle. it'd be awesome.

@Lemmon714_ 8 months ago

I would take the lighthouse for isolation. Not having to be around people would be awesome.

The visceral & guteral "EUGHHH" when you pointed out the HOA clause was really funny, it got me.
