End of season 6 where Don shows Sally, Bobby and Gene where he grew up. Pretty powerful scene.

Not even a mention of Bert Cooper's "Who cares"?
Gosh.

The final episode where the man in the confession group admits to feeling unloved and Don hugs him. Just thinking about it makes me choke up.

The carousel episode definitely took Mad Men to a new level. The best TV series I've ever watched.

The episode where Pete realises his love for Trudy and pleads her to go to Wichita with him, that scene actually made me happy. Pete may have been a snake for most of the show's run but the final few episodes redeemed him a little bit

Weirdly for a show that won 4 Emmys in a row, the show's actually become quite underrated over time. It's probably the most consistent show season-to-season I've ever seen. Out of 7 seasons season 6 was the only one that wasn't excellent, and even that had a really great finale. The final season (or half-season) was probably the best thing on TV that year other than Fargo and Hannibal yet it didn't seem to get much credit at all

Should have called it Most Memorable Mad Men Moments (MMMMM)

Don walking away from Megan while she is being made up for her TV debut and the strings of "You Only live twice" start. Following a montage of the characters ending the season, he goes to a bar and a girls asks "Are you alone?". He just looks at her. Classic!
