"Hey Billy what was your favorite Beating Elden Ring with Everything episode?"
"I really like the one where Bushy yelled about fingers for a LOOONG time!"

I think Bushy forgets that Mohg has 40% resist against all elements save fire, which is 80%.

The Metyr Crashout though xDD

Gentlemen, we have a metyr crashout

STONE BARB HAS LASTED JUST 30 SECONDS THIS WHOLE TIME???? I THOUGHT IT WAS A REGULAR 3 MINUTE TEAR!!!!!

the Tracking of this Spell is absolutely ridiculous if there are no Walls around xD

12:37 if it isn’t raining you would be dead. Crazy luck to survive on actually 1 hp.

Real talk, I'm glad I witnessed the Metyr hatred. I've for a long time been ass at the Metyr fight and just kind of assumed it was me. It's nice to see someone in another stratosphere of skill struggle with Metyr, even if it's with a super weird niche build

A general rule of the game seems to be that single-hit spells or ashes will be your best damage per FP spent, but the multi-hit versions will deal more stance per FP. This is true for glintstone nail/nails, glintblade/glintblade trio, hell, even lion's claw and savage lion's claw follow this pattern. An exception to my knowledge would be the rancor spells, ancient death rancor is just the best one in that category, period.

I'm not really a fan of Lusat's staff. The 10-14% damage increase never seems worth the extra FP except on spells with extremely low costs. The time spent chugging flasks also makes it untenable

Stonebarb is definitely too strong of an effect for a 3 minute timer, it would take weapons over very important benchmarks for poise damage like Bloodfiend's Arm would go over 60 on charge attacks, Star Fists would go above 40 etc. Stance breaking is already pushing it in being balanced and this would cross that line imo.

the lusats arguement is kinda strange yes it gives more damage but is only really worth it on low fp cost spells anything that cost more than around 15 to 20 imo just end up costing way to much and you end up drinking flasks way to often, i usually swap to regal as soon as i hit the req the issue here is having to kill rennala but id recommend anyone besides bushy to just go get that staff to +9 or 10 and use lusats around 30 mind in

Bushy finally felt how casual players feel on Metyr 🤣

I feel like FP cost should scale with your INT/faith level. Instead of being a set number of FP, I’d like to see a percentage based system so that early game doesn’t suffer so much. It’s almost an unplayable style until you hit the stats

Ay, someone PLEASE lmk when he gets to Sword of Night, such a dope weapon

My least favorite part about Metyr’s design is her combos and the complete lack of consistency in how long her attacks are. She has several moves that can have up to 3 attacks and it’s not telegraphed at all how many there are so what would normally be a punish window between moves is now a waiting game to make sure she isn’t about to do the full combo and that hesitation just removes the punish you should get.

Yeah, the Lusats staff just isn't enough of a increase in damage to make it worth wielding - takes way too much Mind. The only time I've ever wielded Lusats is for a carian slicer/pebble run. The best bang for buck staff IS the Carian Regal Scepter, and just use off hand staves to get the damage when it makes sense.

What mods are you running? This process was sooooo smooth lol

damn sorcery can be powerfull at times
