The owner is a bald man in his 50s who loves trains, hence the name "Tetsubozu" (Iron Monk). (Similar to All Kyoko-sensei)
The reason "Tetsu" is in the old form is because it's influenced by the Kominato Railway, Oigawa Railway, etc., and it just looks cool.
