Ateez excel in performances so I recommend live performances. They just won yesterday the biggest performance award in Asia because of that skill. (Stage of The Year at the Asia Artist Awards) No one does it like them cause they implement theatrics a lot, like a musical. Halazia’s choreo is one of my favorites. I def recommend the full 2024 guide to learn about them and how they came to be. This song is prob their chilliest choreo lol

We ATINY are sweet don't worry

If you want Freakteez you HAVE to watch the 'In Your Fantasy' MV 🤣You were right, the one who caught you off-guard was San. They do like showing skin, especially San, but their MV's are never just that and are always beautifully cinematic. The MV's always fit the tone of the songs in some way. I also highly recommend 'Lemon Drop' and 'Halazia' and I def will always recommend the dance practices too!

2024 guide is the best for sure, as it was already mentioned in the comments!

The story goes that San couldn’t dance but is now one of the main dancers. ATEEZ is incredible, try  Guerilla, Wonderland, and Halazia followed by their dance practices and you will be impressed. I anticipate you will be sucked down the rabbit hole. Look forward to your next reaction.🎉🎉

the disclaimer at the start 😭😭loved that for u. atz got a big massive lore and every mv and song even performances they do shows that, at the end 7:16 u can see them sitting in a very particular manner. like chess pieces. yunho and mingi represent the rooks since theyre tall , san and jongho are both strong so they’re knights, yeosang and wooyoung are both cunning so they’re bishops, and seonghwa is the queen and and hongjoong is the king. they’re the black pieces in chess and their enemy the government watchdogs the "android guardians" are always in white suits. i absolutely love this theory and i will always share in every reaction, its so clever and fun. and yes some of the fires in the mv are real, the one behind them and some especially the shots where theyre way too close are special effects.

100% recommend watching the dance practice every time you watch an MV. They are all exceptional performers and their energy is insane live.

I don't think it matters what you watch, they kill it every time. I'm a huge fan of their high energy songs, especially Halazia and Guerrilla. The songs are great and the music videos really give their message a great  aesthetic

2024 guide is amazing! Definitely recommend that. Also this choreo is their most tame/easy one. Definitely check out Wonderland and that dance practice. It is amazing.

Great reaction! The fandom name is pronounced like A-Teen-y. The 2024 guide to Ateez is excellent! It is an hour and 20 minutes but it gives you a great concise history of the group as a whole (about the first 25 minutes) and then a great insight into each member (like 7-8 minutes on each). As a group they pretty much make banger after banger. Most of their title tracks are higher energy, anthem like songs. Ask most Atiny and they’d probably tell you their b-sides are even better.

One thing to keep in mind is in the grand scheme of things every song or video of theirs you see/hear, all of them are connected in one way or another.

Thank you much for reacting to ATEEZ Ice On My Teeth! The eight guys are amazingly talented individuals and in my opinion stand out as different, even within the wide umbrella of K-Pop.

7:41 Multiple meanings, the previous title track was "Work" obviously that spoke about working hard, then "Ice on my teeth" is the fruition of that hard work. Its braggy but its more so "i earned my place/having self value"
But "Ice on my teeth" could have multiple meanings obviously meaning grillz, also "putting your money where your mouth is"( backed up by the "got my money on my teeth")  aka they can talk the talk bc they walk the walk and lastly, "ice on my teeth" -> "eyes on my teeth" aka beware of the bite.

There are a few people out their that have done analyses of the lyrics where they can go into more depth on references, play on words, nuance etc that gets muddled in translation that may help

11:11 Across all the members they really do cover a huge range and they seem to prefer emphasising individual tones and creating contrast. They also play around a lot with their tones stylistically, it adds so much texture(?) to their music

11:22 Some B-Sides- Mist, Selfish Waltz, Man on fire, Take me home, Arriba, Dune, masterpiece and tippy toes

12:02 Like half the group are main dancers, ton of variety in the choreo(i guess to match their diverse discography) but they all have pretty individual dance styles but remain cohesive
They actually went viral pre-debut as KQ Fellaz at the time and people thought they were just going to be a dance crew

15:07
Mingi- His dad was a dancer(back up dancers for idols as well), did dance through school, met Yunho and they trained at the same dance studio
Yunho- is the dance leader, dancer through and through (recently released baby yunho dance videos 😭🫳🫳) went to SOPA (same academy as JK)
Wooyoung- Had major stage fright as a trainee, debuted as a main dancer
Seonghwa- leader of a dance club called dillettante during highschool
San- had no dance experience prior to KQ but worked his way up to a main dancer and now has credits for choreographing
Yeosang- hasnt really spoken much about prior experience other than that he and wooyoung trained together at Bighit before they both ended up at KQ - insane footwork tho
Jongho - been training since 14, thrives with more LA style choreo
Hongjoong - bro was just gonna be a producer so didnt really have prior dance experience (his brother is a dancer tho and did choreograph one of HJs solo performances)

All of them did train in LA before debut, they were gonna debut with a brighter concept, but they all flourished in that LA dance studio, which those KQ Fellaz performances speak for themselves...
They all have their own dance styles, some of them use to do   dance lives, they all get to share input on choreography, have regular dance lessons

Subbing for Ateez, Ice on my teeth is a laid back choreo They are performance monsters and went viral for choreo before debut.

So this choreo was a new try for them! It was very different and a new challenge from what the members say - watch Halazia and Hala Hala for the texture in levels and formations you’re craving

more, more Ateez

I highly recommend " the complete guide 2024 " its a bit long but its so helpful it has everything and here army as well😖😖💜

I so appreciate your reaction style, and welcome to your Ateez adventure!  As others have said the 2024 guide is recommended and goes into all of the things you mentioned are interesting to you. As for choreo, they go hard more often than not--Ice on My Teeth isn't typical, and was supposed to be "chill." Pre-debut, they released dance promos as KQ Fellaz that went pretty viral and many thought they were a dance crew--even now there are some who remember KQ Fellaz and never made the connection to Ateez.

Suggestions for next watch might be Halazia (it's movie quality) or going way back to Hala Hala because it's all about the choreo.

Most of the commenters said it already but yes, they are known as performance masters. Their choreo is not to be missed. IOMT is on the tamer side to go with the chill vibe of the song. You want layers to choreo? Halazia, Hala Hala, Crazy Form, Fireworks…there’s a long list. 😂 Don’t know what songs you have already but I highly recommend Halazia next. Or if you want even more recent, Lemon Drop or In Your Fantasy. If you would like a slower song, please listen to Turbulence. It is absolutely stunning.

The 2024 guide is a must see. The long one that’s almost 90 minutes. It’s worth watching every minute of it. Sadly there is no good one for 2025 which is a shame because a lot has happened since the 2024 guide came out. I really hope the creator does one for 2026 as they did an amazing job. It will go over the group history (which is quite similar to BTS interestingly enough) along with a pretty good amount of time on each member. Great way to get to know them as a group and them as individuals. You’ll see why the fandom name Atiny is from Ateez + destiny. If any group was destined to be together, it’s this one.

Also, as you give the disclaimer at the beginning being army and a blink, one good thing to note is that overall, while every fandom has some toxic fans, atinys for the greater part are a very, very chill fandom. 😊

Recommend their immortal song and kingdom performances

They are so amazing that they won five awards in the AAA award show, they are a top-tier perfect group. They are called the stage performance Kings because of their live performances they give you a performance. She will never forget the visuals the singing the *NSYNC with the dancing. The outfits for me is a total package this group never disappoints.
