If you think that you need to be alert because you might be a Target, are you really going to be right out in the open and not be shielded by things in the parking lot? What's the point of crouching down when there's nothing to crouch behind?
And then the good guy says, "I'm about to do something stupid to buy us some more time."
I'm thinking, oh good, he can at least pop two of them, before they scatter.
But what does he do?
He takes ONE shot... And then just waits.
And instead of scattering for cover, the other two guys take a minute to stare down at the shot guy.
Well since they didn't scatter and they're standing in place, why not take a couple more pot shots? But does he take another shot? No.
And THEN, the boss bad guy gets pissed off and starts firing rounds at them, and so they take off.
Where in the hell did he buy them any time? It actually looks like all he did was call attention to their exact location.
I'll buy us time and show them exactly where we're at so we actually have less time.
Stupid scripting. Impossible to suspend disbelief.
Also if you're going to pop one of them why not pop the boss?
Jeez. I can't suffer though this idiocy. Gotta go. Bye.
Someone actually puts up the money to pay for the production.
