"finished work late again. Boss said go home early" was diabolical😂

Hey man. I've been living and working in Tokyo for 25 years. If you ever want to grab a beer and talk about stuff, just let me know.

"I even tought of quitting today, then I remembered rent" we are all pretty much living the same life...

It’s Friday, I’m alone, watching YouTube, eating peanuts and cookies… thanks for keeping me company.

Brother, consider disabling the English autodub. It destroys audio quality and watch time. Many people don't notice that auto dub is on and click away.

"Tokyo has capsule hotels, but real veterans sleep on benches like it's a camping trip sponsored by depression."
God damn

After watching these salary man guys videos I'm feeling depressed myself

I'm in my late thirties..
I've started my life almost like you..
I couldn't bear it..
I quit jobs, and by default has found my path..
Don't skip the logical questions you have..
Keep searching for answers..
You are here for that.

I thought my life was depressing. I wish you the best of luck Mr. Salaryman.

the final shot with the skyscrapers in the fog is pretty magnificently depressing.

9:15 PM. And the boss is saying "Go home early". Nice joke boss, nice joke....

'' All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die .....''
The phrase is the final line of the "Tears in Rain" monologue from the 1982 film Blade Runner, delivered by the replicant Roy Batty.
It seems to me there are replicants in Japan...or at least salary men are treated like replicants

Dude, you need a hug?

Hello from Sweden! I found your channel a few weeks back and have seen every video since. I really feel that I want you to be happy and I want to support you in every way that I can.
Life is tough and unfair, the best we can do is be there for each other.
I already feel like you are my friend, just from watching your videos.
Please take good care of yourself and know that there are alot of us around the world that would love to spend a friday evening drinking beer and eating ramen with you!

thats not rain, thats people's tears non stop dropping from the sky

After a shattering day at work, finding a quiet spot to have a drink and some pub food is one of life's small pleasures.

I always try and get there after work, and find a calm little place that is between work and home.

so depression in rainy day, make it more worst is drinking alone, i'm with you my man!

I truly love the sarcasm in this <3

After reading all the comments I have an idea, how about salaryman opening his own discord server where all the depressed people will have something in common and a community to fall back on?

From all the 1037372 AI generated salarymen channels, this is definitely my third favorite one.
