Great info, as always. We used the same three criteria in our search - walkability, vibe, and price. After primarily looking at homes with rooftop terraces, we narrowed our search to condos with interiors that had a single-level interior. As we age, we don't want to deal with stairs. Amenities were also a plus. We love our home.

You offer more than you might know. I look forward to your videos even though I don't travel. I learn about Mexico, where many of my fellow Kansans come from. You helped me understand our new neighbor's loud all-night parties that children attend. Mexican culture enhances ours. Thanks. P.S. Here in Kansas, we smile, say hello and chat with strangers too.

Your best video yet.
Not only because of the content, but also as you improved the visual components very nicely.
I think Los Frailes and Las Balcones are on top of my list.

I'm friends with a couple who have a small house in San Miguel. I've always wanted to visit!

It seems such a shame that locals are selling and moving away. The future for this wonderful town/city is going the way of gentrification as so many towns do all over the world. You were blessed to have been there before the change. I’ve enjoyed your videos. Much peace to you both 💕

Saturday morning at Mercado Sano is the local scene. Great people watching and don't forget to go up Guadiana to Casita Feliz for their pay de limon.

😅I really don’t like having to have a car. I left that back in California. Are there nice places to live where you don’t freeze inside. In Queretaro, I find it too cold. Love your videos.❤

You mentioned your favorite bread bakery in the discussion of one of the neighborhoods. Would you mind sharing the name of the place? I’d love to give it a try.

Hello great video.
Me and my wife are thinking about relocating our family of 4 from California to San Miguel de Allende or Ajijic in Jalisco. We have family in lake Chapala and have been to ajijic many times. We plan on visiting San Miguel de Allende this year and the area of Los frailes seems like our kinda place. I was just curious to know what the sports scene looks like since I have 2 toddlers that love sports, and what the family environment is like? If anyone with young children has relocated here and is reading this I would love your perspective?
Once again great video and I can’t wait to watch more
