I don't understand why people hate on traxxas or the price in the comments. So many others are just as expensive.  Sure you can build from scratch, use aftermarket parts to make it stronger or perform better. Some people simply don't  care and just want to have fun, break it, and replace parts, and bash more, repeat. People never keep their glocks factory? Hondas? Muscle cars? Motorcycles? You're either an enthusiast, or not. Good info either way.

Haha I didn’t realize we put this out around the same time. Good video man.

I would also add a cooling fan for the motor. Thanks for the great videos ur one of my main go to channels for rc info!

Aluminum chassis’s for bashing never made sense to me. Once it bends….it’s never the same.

Looks like you ended up cutting out the spur gear slot? I know it came covered up originally

I’m surprised there is so much negativity from your viewers.  At the end of the day all rc cars need some upgrades.  It’s part of owning a rc, if you want to play hard you have to upgrade.  Great video 😎

Thanks for sharing

cool upgrades and overview

Nice video mate great info like there truck lots power too

I’ve upgraded just about everything. GPM L-Shape shocks in front causing issues placing body shell back onto chassis.

So got it, but a kraton 6s

Thanks for this upgrade video! Now can you do one for the MT-410 Tekno?

Fantastic timing with this video. With the XRT that just got announced. I’ve been debating on getting that or saving a bit and getting one of these. But with all the upgrades. It would push this past the price of the XRT. So XRT it is.

Wow this was like my slash upgrade. Most of the car was rpm or proline. Haha
It's cool I like upgrading cars as much as driving them.
Do this handle differently than kraton?

The way you jump those RC I bet you need tougher chassis!👍🏼

It’s to expensive in the first place, once upgrades been added becomes ridiculous

What is the point in saying it's among the best cars and then replacing so many parts?
The thickest aluminium chassis will bend if you want to.

They need a V2 😂

that's crazy! you spend at least 5 hundred to 1500 dollars on this cars and you probably have to put 50 to a couple hundred to make it better and fix the problems that's f   en crazy

With the total cost (upgrades and tax) being close to 1k, is there a truck/truggy you would recommend/prefer over the sledge at the same price point (based on fun/performance/durability)?
