It's crazy how we find ourselves agreeing with the villains as we grow older.

Goblin basically saying that when a hero fails, Phony people will rise up against you

You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villian

The coldest people weren’t born that way. They learned that caring without limits invites betrayal, so they learned to feel less or show less. Till they become heartless.

“Those who are heartless, once cared too much”

The elf in hellboy 2 had the most passionate lines. He doesn't hate humans, he hates what we did to our beautiful home.

A child belive in Heroes.
A man understand Villains.

I agree that the villains felt pain and what they believe make sense. The thing is that what separates villians and heroes is how they choose to act on it.

Some villains were never evil , they were just good people the world did wrong for too long. In the end they didn’t choose violence , they chose a path that gave them peace which resulted in giving the world the same thing that broke them . Pain .

1:08 A philosophy I've had on the matter since 2018.

"They wronged me, And...I will Make it right, They Loved 🤍 you, They Loved you 💚 so Much" damn who turned the sprinklers on 😢.

That’s what gives a villain depth. Any good storyteller knows that.

Just because they were right or had a point doesn’t mean they weren’t villains.

What makes a villain who they are is based on their actions.  One wrong doesn’t mean a reactionary wrong is right.  After all, the very reason why a villain exists is because a wrong was done to them.  And when they enact a wrong out of what was done to them, they become the wrongdoer.

I can understand and sympathize with villains, even agree with them, but their reactionary actions are where I can’t support them.

As a kid i loved the heroes and rooted for them but as i got old i come to understand their emotions and pains ....

Peace is a lie.

everytime i see thanos quote about "salvation" It makes me agree with him even more. all we want is a world where life can be sustaining not suffering.

something I have noticed with these quotes are they are mostly right:
1. they will hate spider-man... but is that why heroes exist? for praise?
2. to know is wisdom, yet the final line: "embrace a larger view of the force" is where the deception lies.
3. third is a question... though in his case, yes. though that is only when it heals again.
4. he does have a point... however his methods will only grant pleasure, not happiness.
5. this is definitely true... though a third does exist... the one does everything they can, for another.
6. yes and no. opinions are very important signals... what is the actual problem is being either drowned in them, or being dry of them
7. agency is a part of the plan... he sent us here for a reason. and it wasn't to just attack others.
8. happiness is not about being in a good place. but a frame of mind. also, maybe... however I find that highly unlikely
9. this is absolutely incorrect. sure some leaders use it, but a great leader inspires... their enemies as well, not to subterfuge, but to hope for a brighter world... leading them with fear shows true weakness in mind and authority. none can't sit on a throne of spears.
10. life gets crazy, yet it too shall pass.
11. true... but that is not a cause and effect loop. though he is correct with repulsion of war... just not true peace.
12. that's just him projecting his pain onto others restarting the cycle.
13. difference between justice and vengeance... one is about restoring the damage, the other penalizing the offender.
14. this is definitely something that can happen to anyone at any time... even switching roles on a dime... we all feel pain
15. love and hate are both throes of passion... however the goal is where the difference lies.
16. again suffering pushed onto others.
17. love is only dreadful and easily severed if not maintained and properly desired... but then what is love if not that?
18. this is merely him using the idea of "reasoning not being followed"  to punish another
19. true, except at the end
20. about that... who made the hunger to begin with? also it is more a revolutionary... because they will make a system to counter that hunger
21. okay this is true
22. totally true here as well
23. that was a deadly pun, though passion can blind
24. not really a point past the truth that peace is indeed different from quiet
25. not correct, we are that we might have joy. there is our point.
26. passivity comment with life is definitely true
27. if they are weak, how would they have power to ruin the world? though it was never HIS to begin with
28. sure, but in his case, wrong context... he would have to be torn down. but then again he is correct about the enemies
29. pain manifest and also regret
30. actually you would be surprised in some cases... but for the most part, live by sword, die by it.
31. true, but it is also a fact that the planet regenerates said growth... and we help it along a lot.
32. some yes. others... they can have enough.
33. in some sense yes, waiting does that... but heroes are examples, not gods.
34. slaves to something? no we choose which god we worship... we are never really forced into anything... we can choose, always... though we are indeed flawed in our decisions, nonetheless.
35. true... but in oogway's defense, their ways were not good and he saw a better path... probably would've offered it if he listened
36. okay this is true
37. okay he is right in that context... though it is odd that he never had seen someone with his nightmare manifest in their dreams
38. she was, but she was broken. villains made and all that.
39. every opportunity to improve... not when you are actively wrecking things... though if he is revering to thanos... just tell the avengers
40. this is true
41. this can be true, though it lacks context
42. this is definitely true, however he might have been better able to show it in a more proper way.... but maybe that in itself was a point
43. yep... but not really.
44. again with the spider-man part
45. not really, he gave agency and wants to see us grow. but there are rules to how life is done... he has to allow the kids to grow... and that means watching them fall and get back up, constantly.
46. fairness is funny... it rarely is as we perceive it to be
47. again another fear controls argument
48. ophf! that was definitely a ruin in that moment. also suicide causes A LOT more pain, than anything else.
49. true
50. again, this is true
51. somewhat yes... but in the sense of others perceptions only
52. this is totally false... why would he die on the cross, if he did not love us?
53. worrying is very much the killer of many a dream
54. this is sadly truly the case... because you can't have, nor do you need everyone's permission
55. oh yeah, definitely... sometimes good
56. also true
57. her breaking the rules are negative, his was to preserve others at his own cost... they are not the same.
58. because it is not the better path, because that only spreads the pain. not end it
59. this is honestly just someone having issues with multiple personality disorder
60. true; but pain is not the only source of gains
61. true, it is the only thing you can do... you will be laughed at again though
62. true, but it also is a dangerous thing to be untethered
63. true, but not in a good way. for they are now bound to that power, like Palpatine stated.

Hope you have a great day & Safe Travels!

"Peace was never the option".

Villains aren’t born they’re made

These villains aren't always right
