Two Brits get on Dance Cam at the Baseball and then get kicked out (How NOT to travel America #4)

In this episode Tom and Greg attempt to cycle from Frederick, Maryland to the nations capital on two cheap craigslist bikes, and in their struggle to do so inadvertently create one of the most heart warming moments the channel has ever seen. The next day, after a quick visit to Joe Biden's crib, they start preparing for the big event. Washington nationals play the Miami Marlins at home, and there couldn't be a better setting to complete one of the the quintessentially American challenges they have written down on their little list. The plan? to dress up in the most over the top, super fan outfits, get on the dance cam, and make the whole stadium point and laugh. After disappointment in Amish country, they were willing to go to great lengths to make this work, but it wouldn't be easy.

Thanks everyone for your patience for this release! It’s been a stressful week. Videos will be released every two weeks from now on (Please see the post on my community page for a better explanation - there is too much to type here)

Many are saying this is the best episode yet - do drop the video a like if you enjoyed it!

Edit: BIG shout out to Nick and Jack for lubricating the wheels of our oddball adventure! Two of the most decent blokes you're likely to meet.

Cheers all ❤

The most American thing you achieved this episode was for sure not being on the dance cam but instead was getting a cheap ticket at the game, immediately sitting wherever you wanted, watching most of the game, then getting kicked out 90% of the way through the game. I think that’s been at least half of my baseball watching experience

This channel has provided some of the most human, uplifting, heartwarming content I've ever seen on YouTube. There's something so universal and pure about the experience being shared here, and I can't imagine anyone watching this and not feeling a deep sense of compassion for people in general after the video ends.

Your completely illogical unfiltered joy at mustache guy getting the bike has to be one of the best moments in the history of the channel

Never occurred to me that a non American wouldn’t know that you need to wait for the dance cam segment, hahaha. Watching them dance to no music is amazing

Love me a random road sign/street name at the best of times, but the one at 6:00 is an absolute treat!

I can imagine all those rich guys at the restaurant thinking, "oh, they might be some ultra-rich guys"

@michaeldavidson4994 3 years ago

I feel sorry for him, but the footage of that guy sinking his $500 drone straight into the river as you both watch (at around 7:50) is fucking hilarious.

Funniest episode ever. Everything from the facepaints onward was gold.
Especially that cut to Greg inexplicably breakdancing at the end.

Tom I gotta say, this video is pure magic. This is what Youtube was meant for. I hope you are proud of yourself because you have created something truly so special. Thank you for sharing this with all of us man

39:04 “somebody give me a CORNDOG MANN” 😂😂😂im crying that was his best accent attempt yet

@bingobongo1002 3 years ago

Nick was so unbelievably cool. I love how he just took the drone thing in stride. Going with the flow is definitely a trait I've noticed in hikers, sometimes you just have to let dumb shit take you to a cool place

Ah yes, my favorite part of any baseball game: “kick off” 😂😂😂

@ethanwoodley901 3 years ago

What an episode and well worth the wait. The entire baseball section was absolutely unbelievable. The scene with the waiter was gold too. Cheers tom👌

Am I the only one who noticed the deer looking straight at them on the other side of the river at 13:47?

Getting asked to leave the stadium then getting to watch the end of the game was an absolute classic moment

I feel like a fool. I enjoy your Geoguessing so much. I overlooked your travel videos. Now I know what I've been missing. I'm having the best time catching up on your travels. Your videos are so much fun. You do an amazing job sharing your adventures with us!

I'm not even half way through the video and I'm already smiling like I'm having the time of my life. I feel like I was in that "fancy" restaurant with you and feeling happy because it was "our guy" who was getting a bike

22:52 the sudden move from extreme happiness to mentioning Verity's nan's funeral go me laughing out loud

I'm currently quiet stuck in a winter depression but this instantly lightens up my day and fills me with joy and again, with inspiration for own adventures in spring or summer.
Thank you. That's why I'm a proud Patron!
