I'm flattered you enjoy my photography. I took this in Pune, 1980.

Scintillating Hindol! The way she descends and hits the shadja at the Sam so perfectly in every avartan rightly potrays golden droplets hitting earth, the yellow flowers of Basant and so is the bandish, Kanak boond parilwa! (Translation: the yellow flowers are in full bloom, it appears to be a shower of gold!)
Her exceptional command over the medium and emotion is just uncanny. Gaansaraswati for a reason!

That urge when she sings "Galey lag jaa more sajna" is something beyond reasoning.

केवळ अलौकिक.
गानसरस्वती देवी किशोरीताई या माॅं सरस्वतीच्या अंशात्मक अवतार होत्या याबद्दल माझ्या मनात तिळमात्रही शंका नाही

There are no words to describe the mesmerizing impact of Kishoi Ji's amazing command over swar, tal, laya etc.She is really an incarnation of godess Saraswati on Earth. We are really blessed to relish her music.simply exotic ,transporting and. soul enthralling.

And so this song goes on and i make my good practice,my tears at her feet

Vintage Kishori one of her best. Thanks for the upload.
