Akira didn’t work on Downpour, book of memories, or the play novel. He did the soundtracks for everything else I believe.

YESS so happy to see this. Silent Hill has been my favorite series for so long. Glad to see it getting love these days.

I have watched countless Silent Hill retros at this point. I see a new one? I click! LETS GOOOOO

Excellent Video! The comedic way you did this is a nice change from other YouTuber's coverage!

Well i have to keep up with my habit of consuming every single Silent Hill doc on here. I'm beyond excited for the news of 1 being remade, saw the trailer at work and it got me so excited i had to stop what i was doing, got a bit choked up hearing the mandolin. Ridiculous as that sounds i have a deep love of this series, at this point it's been a massive part of my life for over 2 decades. Cannot wait.

I always enjoy a new Silent Hill Video and a good Retrospective. Here we have both! I cant wait to see what this channel dose in the future, subbed!

Love the vids keep up the great work

Very well put together, man! I look forward to your RE Code Veronica whenever that is. The voice acting there is something else.

You're going to make it big dude, i genuinely believe that. You're entertaining, engaging, pleasant to listen to and the way the videos are editing is that of a high quality YouTuber. The sound mixing is always chefs kiss lol

I have a sliiiiight obsession with video essays/retrospectives/things like that. I mean, I'm on my third playlist with nothing but videos like that & almost on my fourth, mind you each playlist holds 5k videos 😅
So, I'd like to think that I've got a pretty good idea of what makes a good & enjoyable video; and yours are always at the top!

I always look forward to your videos! BEEN subscribed with notifications on < 3 good luck, man, I believe in you!

That one is not only one if the most heart crushing scenes of this game, I think it one of the most heaet crushing scene in the history of videogames. And a few of the contenders are from Silent Hill 2.

Good content as always

Silent hill is one of my favorite games a kid! So happy you made a video on this! Amazing ❤

This vid is great!! I love the playfulness and your sense of humor. The video and audio clips are well placed. Such terrible puns, too. 😆 I laughed a lot. I was also very happy to absorb the coverage of the OG Silent Hill staff.

your videos are so good I love them

2:19:37 you may already know this by now, but that sound is a dentist drill that Yamaoka sampled for this track. Really unnerving, for sure.

Hey man! Love your voice, it sounds really legit. Your narration reminds me of those old GameTrailer videos, which is definitely a good thing. But I think some background music would fit nicely.

Silent hill 1 was one of the most profound experiences

Nice vid. Lots of good jokes in there as always 😆

looking at the chapters, i didnt know silent hill had such an expansive healing system

omfg the circumcision jumpscare had me lookin for a camera like i was on the office 😂😂
