Trying some authentic Burmese food for the first time (I think.)  In other words, food from the nation of Myanmar, formerly known as Burma.  It's pretty interesting!  One of the fermented side dishes had a very strong flavor, almost a bit rotten, so that was a bit challenging (but I still ate it.)
