Would you buy this rv for the $35000 price or what would you offer?

I would walk away from any RV. Had many RVs over the time and yes many good times, but lots of stress and anxiety along the way. Sold everything and that stress and anxiety is gone and still travel with a nice Toyota van and stay in very nice hotels. All RVs are problems waiting to happen and money pits.

Love having guys like you around to exclusively be on the side of the customer. Keeps people from getting ripped off, only because they don't know what to look for.

How I RV, I take the money I would have spent on an RV, put it in a vacation fund and go to nice hotels and resorts.

Alpine Coaches are really nice for the reasons you mentioned. They also have large holding tanks, large windows, 10k towing capacity, and a great engine. The 2006 had some house wiring issues if I remember correctly. The moister and soft spots are some bad signs though.

You must love RV'ing to put up with the maintenance.

I was looking at RVs, researching was enlightening. I decided to not to buy new or used. Instead found so many airb&b's in the areas I would travel that I chose that option instead of the headaches so many retirees incurred.

We performed one oil sample. We also have the capability to perform an engine ECM and transmission scan to retrieve fault codes, operating data, and other available information, but those scans were not included with the inspection unless specifically requested.

I think for any large purchase you should have an inspector give it a good once over. Whether it's a car, RV, boat or house it's definitely a good thing. The truly sad part is some sellers will try and pass off a unit with a major problem and not disclose issues to a potential buyer. That's when an inspection is worth every penny.
SHAME on ANY sellers who do that.

Used coaches absolutely need a pre purchase inspection .. people refuse to take care of their coaches . It was expensive new and it’s expensive to maintain .. they buy these things and think it’s never gonna need anything ever . Most coaches never get what they need they just get patched up and rigged up . Being in the business over 40 years people who own campers are very tight with a buck and will always look for a cheap way out . And this coach is no exception . And when it gets to this stage they just want to send their problems to another person. It’s not a bad coach and it’s nothing money can’t fix ..

I saw that one up in Texas
At least I saw it on Facebook. I considered it but since it’s kind of a unique chassis, I opted not to get that and bought a Holiday Rambler instead, but I’m glad you’re looking at it and I thought man that thing looks awfully familiar to me.
