seeing wilbur, minx and twomad in one discord call makes me feel like matthew mcconaughey in interstellar but instead of begging my past self to stay with my daughter i'm begging everyone in the call to not fall off

TDLW:

An alcoholic was surrounded by people who either had zero idea how to properly help/support her, or people who enabled her most toxic traits and afflictions, and as a result she became a worse mess than she previously was

Update: Minx has returned to Ireland and moved into her own house, and has no plans to return to America anytime soon. She still streams at times. She's doing fine now!

Her sister spilling her drama in DMs to complete strangers for clout is messed up. I wouldn't trust her again.

People giving her more alcohol when they know she has problems and calling the dude a simp for trying to stop it. Seriously, what!?

A good friend wouldn’t even allow Minx to be near alcohol, let alone offer it to her… its not about her being an adult, its about recognizing her mental illness and doing what needs to be done.

This made me realize Twitch is just Game of Thrones for high school dropouts. Almost everyone mentioned here has had their career nuked and Twomad is dead

This legit made me mad.

The true curse of Minx wasn't just the alcoholism, but more severely she unknowingly surrounded herself with scumbags. One can argue, they held her around to laugh at her and use her as a 'scape goat to make themselves look/ feel good. You don't enable an alcoholic and then get angry when your plans to help ruin their life blows up in your face. The ending half of this is hard to listen to-- these people are horrible.

"her alcoholism isn't surprising considering she's from ireland"
I have never been so offended by something so utterly and completely true

Meds or not, giving an epileptic person alcohol is fcking dangeous. I dont get how they kept trying even when being told that she cant handle that.

31:56 "As an alcoholic, I know my limits"

Uh... no you don't. That's why you're an alcoholic.

I knew nothing about Esfand until watching this video, and seeing him being so protective of someone who can’t drink for medical reasons got him all the respect from me.

Getting banned TWICE for saying "cracker" as a white woman is NUUUUUTS

Damn... Esfands a genuinely great guy for repeatedly doing the most he could to stop Minx from drinking. Nobody else in the room seemed to give a single shit but he didn't let that or the pressure for content stop him from doing what was right.

Hope the "she has meds dude no alcohol" is a genuine good dude all around and gets out the life unscathed.

As an epileptic, i can confirm that not all seizures are ones where you shake and jerk. The majority of mine are absent seizures where i straight up just freeze and I'm basically blacked out but with my eyes open while im stuck where i am (as in sitting or standing)

It's incredible how Minx finds her way on the wrong side of every big drama, she'll pop up for 5 minutes and somehow be the worst human in the room. Consistency is key I guess.

Okay, so basically her so called "friends" streamers saw a person with obvious alcoholism problems, kept egging her on for more content (even becoming confrontational when that one guy tried to step in) and when her problem became too annoying they simply pushed her aside.
Hope she finds the help she needs.

Seeing SCHLATT look uncomfortable with the situation is actually lowkey haunting. Dude is usually unfazed by anything.

A real friend doesn't invite a friend with a known addiction around the thing they're addicted to then expects them to have self control. These people aren't her friends.
