Thank you for your courage and integrity, Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor!

Brave filmmakers!!! Thank you for your work!

At a time when so many of us despair of humanity and have to endure sleepless nights worrying about our children’s future. There are fleeting moments that lift our spirits and give us hope. Listening to these two brave journalists is one such moment. Their bravery and humanity is a beacon of light in these dark times. Israel should be thankful people like this live amongst them if only to show the world that decent human beings exist everywhere. However small their number

This is the verdict.

you are great human Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor thank you to be the light in darkness

needs to win an oscar

Abraham & Szor showed what they are made of with "No Other Land."  That moving, powerful film never got distribution in the USA, even after winning the Academy Award.   These two are brave and gifted artists.  Thankfully the New York Film Festival, and Venice, have not flinched to the show the truth.  Also, congratulations to the Guardian whose support has brought "NAZA" to the world.

Watch - Citizen Osama - Its been produced by the oppressed, not the oppressor.

Excited to see this documentary.

I love hearing from Rachel Szor speaking about the decisions that went into the "form" of the film which of course is as important as the interviews themselves in the creation of a film.

Much Love to you both, Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor. I can see the "Good" in their souls in their faces and gestures, even before listening to them talking. I believe that to be good demands being very brave, which they are. Having listened to them, my appreciation has just grown. Thanks to the "Film at Lincoln Center" channel. Humanity and Love unifies us all.

Collateral damage refers to how many people could potentially be killed in a strike aimed at destroying a terrorist target. That target could be a terrorist, a terrorist facility, a missile launcher, a weapons depot, or any other military target.
It is sad that innocent people are getting killed, but this is a war. I wish there was another way, and it is legit to criticize Israel and the way the IDF operate. Personally, I think Israel acted too aggressively and could have done more to avoid harming civilians. But we also have to remember that more than 2,000 Israeli civilians and soldiers were killed in this war.
When he said a target had been approved for collateral damage of 500 people, I assume he was referring to Sinwar himself. When Hamas’s chief of staff was killed, collateral damage of around 100 people was approved, and the Prime Minister himself authorized the strike because the expected civilian casualties were so high. And in that strike, nearly 100 people were actually killed.
In any case, you are trying to portray Israel negatively in this film, but I see the opposite. I see Israel trying, before every strike, to minimize civilian casualties as much as possible, while assessing the potential harm to civilians against the importance and value of the target. If it’s a senior Hamas commander, the acceptable collateral damage is higher. If it’s a field commander, it is probably lower. If it’s a single terrorist, it is much lower. And if it’s simply a Hamas member who is not a terrorist, then the acceptable collateral damage is much, much lower.
After October 7th, Israel decided to go to war and fight Hamas. Hamas cannot simply hide in areas where civilians are present and expect to be safe. Hamas members cannot be safe in their homes with their families.
Israel made that decision after thousands of terrorists entered the country on October 7th, massacred people, and abducted others. By the way, Hamas is already planning its next attack against Israel, and they are saying so publicly. So the question is whether Israel really acted too aggressively, or perhaps not aggressively enough, if this is what Hamas is planning.

Find a way to keep them safe...considering what intelligence agencies are capable of these days (thinking of the exploing pagers for one thing).
