PoP unprepared blind is wild. without hiveblood and grubsong for the first time is crazy

The part in the end is the moment the Pale Kings plan to save the kingdom was ruined. The infection could only be contained within a vessel bereft of thought and emotions. However the scene you just watched shows the moment the Hollow Knight developed feelings towards his father, the Pale King, and that turned him into an imperfect vessel, thus allowing the infection to escape. You should post a react to your Mossbag video if you haven’t.

Bro jumped into the spike to escape the double damage, big brain idea right there

"I can only assume that there is a speedrun of this" when he finds out that its like a minute 42 or smth

I did the PoP completely by accident thinking it was the normal route.

29:04 "why is he touching the spikes and he's fine" — the actual hitboxes for the spikes are coarse (not fine-grained) angular shapes. They don't always follow the shape of the spike graphics very accurately, and if you know where the discrepancies are you can exploit them. You can find gameplay online where mod display the hitboxes to see.

31:09 So with longnail and mark of pride equipped, the nail hitbox gets big enough to hit slightly above your midline, allowing pogos off of things that are technically above you. Also he's moving faster with sprintmaster/dashmaster

So Fireb0rn has a video of the chronology of the PoP world record progression. It's a little lengthy, but it is FASCINATING! And there are so many things that used to be the preferred method that are now obsolete.

>I'm not going to curse, tilt, raise my voice...

...90 seconds later...

"Not one time will I raise my voice, slam my desk, curse the game, myself or the world" What a start

you beat it much faster than me , lmao it took me days and i hate platforming in games, props man, dont put yourself down

W run, better than average.

rawdogging path of pain is nuts. this a very good run too for a blind playthrough, in fact this is better than mine

I think you'll enjoy the complexity of Silksongs combat mechanics. It's harder to master and I think that's something you'll enjoy experimenting with a lot, so much variety

The game knows - "how much pain this is". Yes my dude yes...it is a pain. This shit is a pain in my ass but oh sweet lord the feeling of conquering this pain was so good.

Very strong performance. I'll be looking forward to your Silksong playthrough. Sticking the fight at the end as well.
