Abigirl: "Is this pop? Is this metal? Is this Edm?"
Babymetal×Electric Callboy: "Yes"

Everybody's reaction on first time listening to Babymetal - "I'm so confused"
30 seconds later - "I love it" 😁

The second "Are you ready" growl comes from 5'3” - 95 LBS Momometal and her famus growl. It's something impressive.

The Japanese man is indeed an actor, played in Matrix: Resurection and also in a previous clip from Electric Callboy " MC Thunder  II" his name Yusuke Yamasaki

THAT last move of Kevin in the End...

Welcome to BABYMETAL🤘🦊♪

The BabyMetal community are always welcoming and they're a terrific fanbase. It's always great to see someone discover BabyMetal for the first time. Don't let their looks fool you, BabyMetal are very much METAL. I hope you react to some more of them in the future!

Insanely good and don't sleep on Babymetal, they are FANTASTIC!

This was fun thanks!

Babymetal specializes in mashing metal together with other genres, making it fun, and doing it perfectly. They are 11/10 metal and fun. Road of Resistance - Live in Japan is my suggestion; it's one of their more iconic early performances, quite metal, and it's right in the center of who they are as a band if that makes any sense.

Their name is a play on words in Japanese, and originated a genre of metal out of Japan. There is just nothing like them, and they are amazing.
Babymetal  (Japanese: ベビーメタル, Bebīmetaru)
Heavymetal (Japanese: ヘビーメタル, Hebīmetaru)

Oh you HAVE to check out more of Electric Callboy. This song was all up their alley. Mixing EDM, pop, Metal etc. and fun and well made music videos.
I would suggest their Tekkno Version of "Everytime We Touch" or some of their original songs like "Hypa Hypa", "We got the moves", "Tekkno Train" or "Pump it"
I've seen them live twice this year and their concert was so far the best concert I've been to in my life. They are AMAZING musicians and performers and just really humble, fun and down to earth people
(And it also helps that they're German like me 🤣)

You are SOOO gonna love this journey into Electric Callboy!  Check out "Everytime We Touch", "We Got The Moves", "Tekkno Train", "Pump It", "Hypa Hypa", "Spaceman", "MC Thunder 2"

Babymetal are a metal idol group. The combine heavy metal music with J-pop vocals, dance, and aesthetics to create a style they call "kawaii metal" (cute metal). Genre blending is a big part of what Babymetal do in all their music, but this song is most influenced by the style of Electrical Callboy, who do electronicore (techno/EDM influenced metalcore). Babymetal can go a LOT harder than this when they want to. If you want to see Babymetal in their element check out "Megitsune" Live @ PIA Arena 2023 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edbqQ-ldF_U

FUN FACT: In 2019, BABYMETAL became the FIRST Asian artists to EVER hit #1 on Billboard’s top rock albums chart.

oh you have 2 rabbit holes to go down now :)

When Metallica saw BabyMetal live they said they were astonished by their awesomeness.  HeadBanger -Legend of 1997 and Road of Resistance Live in Japan are my suggestions.
BabyMetal has won 32 international metal awards and their song Gimme Chocolate has been named by numerous publications as one of the most important metal songs of the last 20 years

BABYMETAL has been around since 2010 and have been changing metal ever since!

The Japanese metal rabbit hole is more like a vortex.  Band-maid, Lovebites, Bridear, Nemophila, Hanabie, and on and on--if you dive in, you many never return.

The lyrics are in the description for the video ;-)

Dangit, I forgot about the "Is he an actor??" thing... yes, that is Yusuke Yamasaki, a Japanese actor living and working in Germany, he´s well known to German viewers and was featured in another EC video, "MC Thunder II", too.

Collaboration of the year!!
Both these bands are EPIC!!
Just makes you wanna dance 🪩

Kevin is the screamer but he can also sing and he is the tall one. Nico is shorter and has the melodic voice but also can scream, they are the perfect pair in Electric Callboy
