It's really good to see that some Physicians are healers. It's rare.

I watched an interview with Dr Brownstein a year ago and have been taking Lugols iodine ever since. Even after after one day I felt so much better, like a dry plant being watered. After a couple of days something under my shoulder blade felt fizzy and itchy and my stiff shoulder and arm pain disappeared. After 29 days my nasal polyps disappeared. After 3 months my fibroids had considerably shrunk and my fibrocystic breasts had softened. I am still getting benefits now. Combined with the carnivore diet this treatment has reversed every health problem I had and I feel completely rejuvenated.

Read his book when it came out. 25 mg daily for decades. My sons are off the chart high IQ. Full ride scholarships in College now, 4.0 gpa.

2 drops per day game changer! My brain came back online and my uterine fibroids shrank

A few hours after I took 24 mg of Lugol's iodine in a glass of water for the first time, I suddenly felt a calmness in my torso I never felt before.  I continued with a daily dose and the calmness was noticeable for a week and now I think it is normalized.  I have no health problems, just watched Dr. Brownstein and thought I should try Lugols. I am 69 years old.

I just learned about the importance of Iodine a month ago. I wish someone would have told me 20 years ago. I have had to start really slow with it because the detox side effects have been brutal on me. I started with one drop a day. At day 5 I’m at 12.5mg so I replace the drops with a tablet, and rest Saturday and Sunday. I’ve been doing this until I got to 50mg, but I had to slow down for a bit because my throat would hurt so bad. I know it was my thyroid responding to it. I’m looking forward to the improvements I will see now that I’m on the correct dose. But I have seen my energy go up enough that I don’t feel like I’m dying anymore. I’m telling everyone that will listen about this stuff!

I've been taking 5 to 10 mg. Iodine in my coffee every morning for about 2 yrs now. Had to lumps on bottom of my left foot, gone now, had a golf ball size lump on the right side of my neck blow my jaw that's down to a small marble size now. I'm 62 and don't know what else the Iodine has helped but my lumps are going away. I'm also on a Carnivore diet for over 2 yrs and i eat lots of Redmond salt.
See this Dr. interviewed by Dr. Ken Berry over 2 yrs ago. Thank you for everything

Been taking 3 drops 2% for a couple of weeks, daily. I swear,  I am feeling much better.

In Soviet Union we always did iodine mesh with cells 1 cm x 1 cm on a chest and on the back to recover faster. as a common folk remedy for treating ailments like coughs, colds, and upper respiratory diseases.
This traditional remedy involved using a cotton swab soaked in an iodine solution to draw a fine, grid-like pattern directly onto the patient's skin. The belief was that the iodine would be absorbed through the skin, boosting circulation and providing antiseptic benefits to help fight off illness. It was a widespread home treatment, never ever had any skin issues as side effects.

His nebulizer protocol for Covid saved me when the Delta variant hit me like a bull dozer.  I am so grateful for his courage.

Bromide in flour is banned in all EU countries,  but allowed in the US.

Iodine has helped my hair loss and color along with taking copper and HRT patches, 78 year old woman.

This guy is the best interviewer on YouTube!😊

They tell people with HBP to avoid salt but are now rethinking it.  In ancient days salt was so valuable they used it as money.

I am floored.Just floored. It makes me wonder if the misinformation was an experiment in pop.control brought by the info the nazi scientists had when we brought them to the U.S after ww2🤔. It just seems so on purpose.I mean who knows but dang. The whole low fat convincing us to replace real animal fats with margerine and other crap of the 90's is also highly sus. Those cancer statistics are horrifying as well.Thank you for this information.

My sister had an iodine radioactive testing . Afterward  ( shortly) she was diagnosed with Graves. She just got worse on their medications. She finally refused to take the medications. Replaced with some herbs and did so much better for a while, I wish I knew this before to help others.
Thank you Dr. for this valuable information. Enjoying tremendously! 😳

when I bought my organic futon a few years ago I had to get a doctors letter requesting them to not flameproof the futon because I tend to be very sensitive to chemicals.  I bought organic because cotton growers use a TON of pesticides.  Luckily there was an MD in my family at the time.

Very interesting about the skin absorbtion of iodine being inadequate. But,
Years ago I had mildly fibrous breasts, itchy. I painted tincture of iodine, and sometimes lugols iodine on the nipples. Fibrous problem cured and breast tissue healthy after 10 days to 2 weeks.

I am 31. Mom of 2. A few years after my daughter was born I started the hypo symptoms. Extreme fatigue, cold hands and feet, constipation, sluggish mood, just no energy. I tried everything. Some things would help a little but I started to go crazy and felt like I was never going to figure out what’s wrong with me. Thyroid tests only showed I had antibodies. I did a lot of research and Dr. brownstein came up about iodine. I bought Lugol’s and didn’t take it for a year because of fear. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and took 1 drop. Literally one drop in a small glass of water and I couldn’t believe the effect it had on me. Brain fog lifted, more energy without feeling sleep deprived, breasts feel so much better (had some pain and discomfort), I feel so calm. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but have seen an extreme improvement. I can’t believe I was ever scared of Iodine but it has saved my life. Thank you to Dr. Brownstein I am forever grateful!
