47 miles. 6,500ft of climbing. One incredible trail.

Join me on the Cotswold Way as I take on one of the UK's most beautiful ultra trail running races — through the heart of the Cotswolds.

But this isn't just my race.

Along the way, I’ve brought together footage and stories from other runners to capture the Cotswold Way, the highs, the lows, the suffering, the scenery and most importantly, the people who make trail running so special.

Why do we push ourselves when it hurts?
Why do we keep coming back?

Maybe that's the real story of ultra running.
