Now it’s Namu’s turn to try weird workouts!

Her dance was inspired by horses
Her pants were inspired by a camel

Yeah, that's surprisingly how most actors get started: small roles in small productions. Mark Wahlberg was one of them.

Estelle was probly the most raunchy of the Golden Girls, which is impressive because she was competing with Betty White. Golden Girls is honestly great television, all of the stars are extremely funny women who say some of the most out-of-pocket things you'll ever hear an older woman say.

Oh boy, it's time to see how namu reacts to the poodle workout...........................

"Probably before a lot of workouts being on Youtube"? Namu, these videos predate the internet itself by at least a 20 years.

I actually used to be 350lbs. I tried the famous Jon Tron "hotdog every 15 minutes" diet. Surprisingly it didn't work. Eating less, eating healthier and working out is the only thing that worked for me. Time and consistency are key. Its very simple. You can do it too.

Although, If slamming hotdogs and frolicking around Central Park in a ladies tank top works for you then frolic away. We support you. There are many paths to enlightenment. 😂

JonTron might be having fun, but he could use some prancersize himself.

Great pick!

I want to see Namu play ring fit for a  stream

Now I know what to say if I get the shits in Japan,

My mom uses workout DVDs all the time from one person, and she’s been doing it for years. I try them but get bored of them fairly quickly. It’s kind of awkward.
