"I can't be the only one" she said. She was in fact, the only one

Ghostbusters was pretty much a cultural phenomenon when it came out. Its a pretty solid movie and there was no internet back then

I swear that Kymani is the target audience for some of these questionable products.

"Willie Nelson? Who's that?" Brother... making me feel ancient out here.

19:00 Dan Aykroyd was actually quite famous before acting in Ghostbusters, as he was an original cast member on SNL and starred in several hit films like The Blues Brothers and Trading Places.

Kymani, I assure you that Dan Aykroyd isn't targeting a niche audience with a gimmick, he genuinely believes every single word that comes out of his mouth. Not only is he a lifelong researcher of the supernatural, his father wrote the book on ghost hunting, that is not a joke nor an exaggeration, his father Peter Akroyd quite literally wrote the book A History of Ghosts, which documents their family's history of ghost hunting, and I DO mean history, Ghostbusters was based on the fact that he grew up in a family that's been hunting ghosts for FIVE generations, it's not delusion, it's a family tradition.

Also his father was a policy advisor to former canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, father to other disgraced former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, because canada is not a serious place. Point is, the dude's a human rabbit hole that honestly opens a lot of fun doors once you start looking into him.

>ecto-plasmum
ok that's cute lol

rip to larry king but I do feel like that was the appropriate reaction to seeing him for the first time here, lol

One thing that has to be mentioned is that Dan Aykroyd is mostly just using a clever marketing trick to scare people. While his skull vodka is additive free, the "glycol" found in other brands is just propylene glycol, a completely harmless, food-safe additive used to make alcohol taste smoother. Yes, it’s technically used in eco-friendly antifreeze, but it is not the deadly, poisonous car fluid (ethylene glycol) that everyone actually pictures. He basically just used some sneaky wordplay to make a basic food thickener sound like toxic waste so you'll buy his bottle.

I fully expected her to say what's Indiana Jones

The use of crystal in the name is a marketing trick. Since they modeled the skull, or at least took inspiration and are directly referencing, after the 13 Crystal Skulls claimed to be pre-Columbian Mesoamerican artifacts they can slap the name crystal on it when really it's just a glass bottle.

Even more fun is that, last I knew, the scientific and archeology communities were still not convinced the supposed artifacts actually were Mesoamerican artifacts at all since one of the skulls was traced to quartz from a deposit completely unknown to the ancient Mesoamericans and others when inspected under powerful microscopes and scanners showed tool marks consistent with 19th tooling.  Now that could change should new evidence be found but it's unlikely that the skulls are even authentic artifacts in the first place and instead a hoax.

"I clicked instantly when I saw the notification. 10/10 Reaction

16:50 Yes! JonTron still lives in NY with his wife and child.

As some with bipolar who actually takes his meds, Dan has bipolar as well but he just needs to take his meds and then his delusions will go away pretty simple

9:25 I didn't know your camera (presumably a smart phone) had comedic timing like that. Deciding to stop your tracking right as you 'crash out' xD

your voice work like a calming melody made with a divine instrument. I love hearing you talk

25:25 I don't know how true it is but ive heard that a lot of the time people want to market their own stuff and so they'll go to a celebrity and be like "Hey we'll make you the face of the product and itll be your thing! Just sign here and be in the commercials, and we'll give you 60% of the profits!"

And the celebrity is like "Aight, easy money and ego boost"

@9:17 Implying children aren't human ? :P

Clips can make a lot of people seem funny late night talk shows are basically condensed to comedian does a five minute bit on current events, then interviews celebrities so they can advertise whatever they're working on. So it's a long ad with ads in-between.

If you're curious about honey, Megalag's videos on it has some interesting info. Lawsuit seems to still be ongoing.

4:55 Safe point for those who even care
