How do you recover a body from a blown up Death Star?

This is just another example how badly did Disney screw Star Wars lore. They got one of the biggest franchises in the world and they managed to destroy it with sheer stupidity and greed. In books, you had a perfect arc with Palpatine's return, Hell, we even had an evil Luke Skywalker, and it made sense. Even Admiral Thrawn had similar idea how to resurrect, and then Disney came up with all this bulsh**t.

I saw the animated short of blade runner and it was cool. My guess is that the cult somehow got cloning tech from Kameno and worked with that most of the time so if a grown body was bad they always had another and I think he could force jump from one body to another since he knew all of his master’s secrets.

2:00 "with no crew"
me remembering the flash of all the bloody viscera and flesh growing up the walls behind one of them in that one scene
Um... Maybe not "no" crew... There might have been a little bit left 😰

2:15 honestly it's probably best if it's lost to time 😂

In Palpatines search for immortality he figured a Parkside power to transfer his essence or whatever you wanna call it into another body. Hence all the effed up clones. So when Vader threw him down that shaft he transferred to a body on Exagol. Its in one of the books

5:28 my biggest joke in the mcu: if the moment gets too interesting they either skip it, do it as a tiny sequence and forget about or push it aside with a joke.

Palpatine became Mum-Ra...the Ever-LIVING!

Another one you didn't mention is the train to busan prequel Seoul station. It's animated and shows the outbreak starting and who patient zero was and follows a girl and her boyfriend who get separated during the chaos and try to survive while different groups try to find a way to survive the outbreak.

Hi, love your videos but can I make one suggestion? The massive white border around the subject image is really really too bright! Can you make it black or a 'dark mode' ?

The thing about the planet of the apes movie is that without our intellect humans would go extinct pretty quickly

@-desertpackrat 10 days ago

6:50 they do explain, he just said he's an update model of the code so he appears differently, the character isn't supposed to be different, they just couldn't get Lawrence Fishburne again. When the decision is due to casting issues and they explain in the movie "I'm the same character but I look different because of blah blah blah", you're supposed to just go with it because they can't force actors to act in movies they don't want to be in 😂

11:00 the worst part to me was how the main character looks like he's a distant descendants of Caesar too, though it's never said I don't think, it's like he was designed to look related to Caesar, and the apes being aggressors to him and his people are using Caesar like he was some ape Jesus or something. Imagine being a descendant of a religious figure everyone worships, but they use his words and twisted versions of his values to hurt you because you don't have ancestry records and stuff. And you don't even know this evil god these people are worshipping and using as an excuse to oppress you, was your great great great great great grandfather.

Now I know why Palpatine looks even more like a literal walking corpse in that one 😂 it's crazy how many books there are though.. I wish I'd known back when I was a child with the free time to read novels. All that Star Wars lore missed out on, but I just don't have time to read books anymore.

5:31 imagine being a normal dude in the MCU. Thanos snaps and 50% of the global population vanishes, including your wife. You go to counselling, join a support group and end up meeting a woman who lost her husband in the snap.
You date, get married and have kids and then move on, only to have the avengers bring everyone back.
