Damn, the towers can't catch a break

The most believable part of this is some people in New York still went to work that day.

what ants see when i step on a puddle

1:41 i like how that old man is just sitting there accepting his fate

Fun fact: this isn't the hardest mountain Elijah Wood had to climb.

Probably the cleanest NYC would ever be.

The man sitting reading accepted his fate. Not much more you could do at that point.😭💀😇

“Millions were lost, cities fell, but the DOW is over 50,000 Goodnight America” - The President probably

So many people could have lived if they tried. They had ten hours to get as far from the coast as you could.

I loved Armageddon and felt this movie never got the hype it really deserved.

Nothing more murican than watching the world ending from their cars xD

Not an iPhone in site.  Just people enjoying the moment.

03:04 RIP Robert Duvall ❤

You sorta have to wonder if this situation in real life would bring the world together permanently, or at least for a good hundred years. Though, you also have to wonder if humans are petty enough to continue fighting eachother after facing extinction head-on.

Then the sad realization that we HAVE faced extinction, and still sorta do, but continue to fight eachother instead of preventing it.

Realistically if a meteor that big flew that closely overhead the way it looks in the beginning of the clip, the shockwave would've instantly killed all those people before it ever made impact. The Chelyabinsk meteor that flew over Russia in 2013 was only 60ft wide and the shockwave damaged more than 7,000 buildings in six cities.. this meteor looks like it was 600ft wide

Twin Towers can’t catch a break

James Horner's film score was so incredible. What a fantastic composer!

Morgan Freeman is always at his best playing the President
